Jeremy
This page is dedicaded to the Jeremy project. I did a lot of experimenting, an now I think I'm ready for this task.
As Material I first intended to use PUR (polyurethane) but then I bekame more interested in a compound calles thermoplastic elastomere. I found a compound that can be used with a silicone mold. This silicone has to be temperature resistant up to 250°C.
This elastomere is melted and pured into the mold. The temperature to melt the compund is about 200°C, and it will be applied stepwise. I am also experimenting to produce some kind of foam to reduce the weight, but I don't know if it will work.

I am planing to use Fleshlight  for the rectal entrance. Here are some pictures of the mold I made from the fleshlight case. This mold from (temperature resitant) silicone will be in place inside the doll while the melted compound is applied. After everything is solid again, it can be removed and an ordinary fleshlight insert (I'd say butt :-) ) can be used.

So far the testing of the single steps went successfully. Here are some examples made with an earlyer, not temperature resistant mold. I will basically use the same method, but cut the mold in three halves horizontally to handle  the mold better. The color of the cast will me more or less the same you can see on the right.

So far there are no new pictures, but I will put some here if the themperature resistant mold is ready or in process.

This is a test mold to check out the colors. I  tried to color the lips slightly more dark than the normal skincolor.
For the nipples I tried the same brown and a red. Because the red pigment sedimented faster than the brown one that it was mixed with, the color is more intense than I intended it to be.

The next step will be the build up of the mothermold from ordinary plaster or concrete. I intend to use plaster segments of 15 - 20 cm height. As separating agent between the plaster segments I'll use vaseline. Maybe, the plaster will be reinforced with jute fibre.
