28-09-2001 757 program definetely cancelled

Beaceuse I have had no answer of the author of that aircraft, and cause I dont like repaint without permission, I´ve decided to cancelled the incorporation of the B-757-200. But now I´m negociating to repainting other plane. I´m finding more dificulties in that terrain, as a good is an aircraft, more difficult is repainting for being use in a VA...It is sad, but It´s realˇ.

17-09-2001 ATR-72 granted to operate in Airlink... and moreˇˇˇ

Finaly we have a turboprop that all rokie pilots will be able to pilotˇ, the new ATR-72 is now ready to fly, but at the moment will show the old Airlink livery (as our BC9). So that now rokie pilots will have more routes to fly apart with BC9. Talking about that plane (BC9), from today BC9 will serve only executive/taxi/charter routes with our heli, that means BC9 has been substituted in the regular routes by the new ATR-72 (AT7). Also rokies pilots finaly will be able to operate from the Master hub in Frankfurt, all pilots interested in, please send a message by our email (please put in the subject place "Hub transfer request"), or by the Contact form.

New domestic destinations abailableˇˇˇ from the Master Hub to some important cities in Germanyˇ

Mole, the Innsbruck Hub Manager has retourned from his Holydays, so he is now ready to attend all pilots based in the alpine hub. 

04-09-2001 L-1011 leased to Skystar returned to the owners

The L-1011 that was leased for covering charter flights during the summer season has been returned to Skystar as related in the contract. Due to the nice experience, we will arrange more aircraft in leasing when needed as the Christmas Holidays for example.

08-01-2001 Airlink Now fully operative...ˇˇ

Finally Airlink go ahead with the opearations after a failure of the system of the CEO´s PC. So that It can be impossible to update neither the pilots roster or the assignment roster of each hub, furthermore, a new pilot also could not be added in the roster.

So, lets welcome to Maccidee, the new pilot, that finally has been granted and accepted for flying with usˇˇ

More news is the brand incorporation to the staff, who has helped inmediately since this average: Marina as the new Vice-President of Airlink, be welcomeˇˇˇ

And bad news... about the release of B-757 is still on the airˇ CEO is waiting for the authorization of the 757´s deigners. Without this, Airlink can not release any aircraft. We will get inform you about that .

Our pilot Mole from UK has been accepted to be the new Innsbruck Managerˇˇ so congratulations thenˇ

Mole has already upgraded to Second Officer and has been granted to pilot CR2ˇˇ Congratulationsˇˇ  Mole now can apply for changing to Frankfurt Master Hub.

Also Mole is the first pilot to flying and special routeˇˇ Go on that wayˇ

17-06-2001 Charter flights now availableˇˇ

Charter flights now available and operates by our new leased L-1011ˇˇ the new routes are from Frankfurt to Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Malaga, Alicante and Barcelona. Charter flights are located in the new Special Operations sections in each hub. Also you will find L-1011 in the new section of temporal fleet in the Fleet page.

23-04-2001 News scheduling operativeˇˇ

Finaly, the new scheduling system is now operative. This system is based in routes instead of in flights. A route is where you fly to, for example: inf you fly the Frankfurt-Barcelona route you have two flighst: Frankfurt-Madrid, and then, Madrid-Barcelona. With this kind of system we can operate now codeshares flights and routes with stops or connections. For more information, see the updated Pilot Manual, just clicking "OPS Manual" in the menu of the Pilot Center.

The new system is only available at the moment in Frankfurt Master Hub.
