Hair: Amara's hair is a soft, orange-gold color. It's very wavy and bouncy and hard to keep maintained, so she wears it in two buns on either side on the top of her head, tied with simple thin black ribbons. Slips of hair fall out regardless and frame her face at chin length. The overall effect is quite nice, but it drives her nuts.
Eyes: Amara's eyes are rimmed blue along the outer part of the iris, fading to green, then amber brown.
Height: Amara's very short for her age, standing at 4' 10". It doesn't stop her from making her presence known at all, however!
Weight: Amara weighs a healthy 106 lbs. - not bad for her stature.
Body Shape: Amara is quite well-formed, even though she's so short-she has a nicely developed figure and her only complaint is that she thinks her hips are too big. All in all, she's curvy and feminine looking, with a cute manner about her.
Clothing: Amara likes anything that never goes out of style-classic jeans, denim jackets, etc. She always wears bright, bold colors; reds, bright purples and oranges, anything that matches her bright personality. She also loves clothes that technically went out of style a while ago-we're talking ages-and revamping it to look more modern. She loves earthy tones and likes to dress up simple wardrobes with mysterious items-interesting headscarves, exotic looking bangles and necklaces, etc.
HOWEVER... she does get stuck wearing the school uniform during class hours. It consists of a blue v-neck vest and skirt, with a stripe of yellow at the collar of the vest and another yellow stripe slightly above the bottom of the skirt. On the front of the outfit is a yellow bow. Underneath the vest she wears a short-sleeved white blouse, and white knee socks with a stripe of blue, then yellow at the top. She wears simple black dress shoes, and somehow manages to avoid the hated yellow headband, keeping her normal hairstyle of two buns tied with ribbons-as long as the ribbons are yellow during school hours.
Other: Amara has light skin and and has triply pierced ears, twice at each lobe and once at the top of each ear.
Overall Appearance: Amara is a pretty nice looking girl-most people think she's cute, rather than pretty, due to her diminuitive size.

Personality: Amara is one of those people who always feels the need to be in the center of things. She has a supreme flair for the dramatic and is wonderfully talented and ambitious. She has a great sense personal pride, and can be very strong and dignified, as befitting someone born under the Leo sign. She can also be bossy, but her intentions are generally good-Amara likes to try to keep everyone happy.
She has a great deal of enthusiasm, and plunges into things headfirst, whether it's something as simple as a soccer game or as tense as a battle. Despite her smallness, she has great ferocity in a tight corner and is fearless enough to show it. All in all, she's warm-hearted, creative , bright and loyal to her cause and her friends, with tendencies to be loud-mouthed and slightly overbearing.
As to her senshi duties and destiny-Amara feels like she's been given a gift, and she ought to use it very responsibly. She takes her role as Sailor Isis with strange seriousness for her, but likes the fact she has the power to help change things for the better in the world. She loves all her teammates like family and would do anything for them all, from sneaking them pizza after hours in the dorm to doing whatever it takes to help them in battle.

Strengths: She's very agile and quick due to her size and love of track sports, is practically fearless, loyal, and a good leader.
Weaknesses: She can be bossy, is somewhat too small to be very effective physically, and sometimes acts without thinking.

Grades: Amara makes easy A's in Art, Music and Creative Writing-they're all subjects she enjoys and has a great interest in, especially Music. She wavers between a B+ and a B in Biology, and makes a solid B in Ancient History if she applies herself. Algebra 2 is her nasty class-she struggles to make a D.
School Status: Because of her outgoing, perky nature, Amara pretty well-known and liked. She does have a core group of friends, however, and she hangs out with them pretty exclusively.
Love life: She's single at the moment...
Home: Amara lives in a four person room in the Montague dorm.

Family: Magnus Orendan (Great Magic) - Magnus is Amara's father; a tall, red-haired man with bright green eyes and a jovial outlook on life. He's very close to his family, especially Amara, who takes after him more than his other child. Magnus works as a field biologist and has close ties with the land he works on, and will retreat there if he can find no place else to go to break away from the family's current problems.
Adrienne Orendan(Dark Magic) - Adrienne is Amara's mother, a wispy blonde woman with deep soulful eyes. In the past, Amara and her mother got along wonderfully, but not so much as of late-Adrienne has been entering a deep, harsh depression in the recent years following the birth of the family's newest member. Despite her best efforts, Amara can't make her mother snap out of it.
Nova Orendan (Newcomer's Magic) - Amara's five-year-old sister. Whereas Amara is small for her age, Nova is taller, with darker red-orange hair and dark brown eyes. Amara loves her 'little' sister dearly and wishes she could see her more often than she does, seeing as she lives at the school.

Friends: Aurora Ross (Golden Rose) - Amara's best friend since kindergarten. A very tall and willowy girl who is Amara's relief from everyday life. Aurora is an artistic girl with great talent.
Grady Conlan (Noble Hero) - Another one of Amara's oldest friends. He's like her big brother-about two years older than her, and teases her relentlessly. He doesn't mean anything by it, however, and they get along great.
Ingram (Angel Raven) - A penpal who Amara's kept in touch with for several years, who she's never met. However, from his letters, she likes him an awful lot and keeps up the letter-writing exchange without fail.

History: Amara was born to Magnus and Adrienne Orendan while the couple was on vacation in England. She lived the early part of her life on the Eastern coast of the US, in a small coastal town in Massachusetts, until her father's work as a biological scientist took him to move the family out to the new state of Charlotte. The family has lived in Neville ever since. In the fifth grade, she took up music lessons, learning to play guitar and eventually taking up voice so she could accompany herself. Her teachers were quite impressed with her talent, and Amara couldn't believe she could have so much fun working at something so hard. Her first concert was at the age of 7, and stunning-she played a piece she wrote with the help of her teacher, and the audience, her parents included, was amazed. She loved performing and found she was a natural at it, and decided when she got out of school she would start her own band and try to make it big.
Shortly after Amara discovered her love of music, she was given another surprise-a baby sister named Nova. The first two years with Nova were wonderful for the family, but not too long after the baby's third birthday Amara's mother began to develop what seemed to be a lasting, deep depression. Amara tried everything she could to help her mother-caring for her sister, helping with the housework as much as possible, making sure that nothing was out of place-but it didn't seem to have any effect. Soon even Amara's generally cheerful father was spending as much time as possible out of the house.
When the opportunity came for Amara to go to Garrison Academy, she was torn between staying home to try to help her mother break out of her shell and being able to go to private school. After wavering back and forth, her father finally encouraged her to go to Garrison, if only because it would be good for her as a chance to expand her artistic talents. So she went, deciding if she was going she'd go all the way-live in the dorms and everything, and reluctantly let things at home sort themselves out.

Henshin Phrase: "Isis Celestial Power, Make-Up!"
Transformation: Amara shouts her henshin phrase and raises her wrist into the air as many colored lights begin to swirl around her, forming up behind her into a large pair of shining golden wings. Her theme is heard and a blast of glittering light shoots from between the wings as they fold around Amara. After a matter of seconds, the wings burst into a shower of sparkles, leaving Amara transformed into Sailor Isis.

Fuku/Uniform: Sailor Isis's fuku is made up of the usual white bodice to start. Her primary color is a bright magenta and her secondary color is gold. Her sailor bib is magenta pink with a gold stripe around the outer edge, and the bow on the front of her fuku is gold. A brooch made of a gold full moon framed by a pair of magenta wings sits in the center of the bow. Her gloves extend slightly past her elbows and are gold in color, and the bottom of her fuku bodice is rimmed by a strip of magenta, followed by gold.
Her skirt is white, with a belt of the magenta color rimmed in gold. The bottom of her skirt is rimmed in gold, then magenta pink. Her shoes are mid-calf high boots rimmed at the top with magenta and with a ring of gold at the ankle.
The large bow at the back of her skirt is bright red in color. Her choker is gold, with the same pink-winged, gold moon symbol as her brooch. Her tiara is made of a thin gold chain on which a small pink gem hangs. She wears small gold hoop earrings with little pink beads threaded on them.

Weapon: None
Attacks: Enchanted Bright Illusion (defensive) - Isis raises her arms above her head, crosses her wrists and bows her head slightly as a soft golden and pink glow begins to permeate from her body. She whispers the name of the attack, and the glow concentrates itself into her hands, where she shapes it into whatever illusion shape she needs. She then opens her hands towards the sky, releasing the illusion. It works pretty well as a defensive tactic-she can create a monstrous figure to frighten the enemy or obscure herself or her allies to confuse her adversary. However, the more complicated a form she creates, the more energy she expends and the more tired and worn she becomes.
Magical Moonburst Blessing (offensive)- Isis stands as if she's praying, then raises both her arms quickly above her head, throwing back her head as she calls out "Magical...!" She then makes a fast double pirouette, spinning golden energy with threads of magenta crackling down her raised arm as she calls "Moonburst...!" As she ends her spin, she lands with her feet shoulder-width apart, lowering her raised arms to her sides as her symbol appears in an enlarged magenta silhouette behind her and shouting "Blessing!" As she shouts the last part, all the channeled energy forms alternating gold and pink glowing halos that ripple down her body, firing out in bursts all around. It does pretty moderate damage if it scores, and has a fairly wide range. The bursts can be dodged if jumped over, but they come in fairly rapid succession.
