Clothing: He likes to wear tight grey and black shirts,but not to tight. His style in pants varies. He usually wears them loose though. Once in a while his pants are tight. His clothes have to be dark, because he hates bright colors. Most of the time he wears his dark grey leather trenchcoat, and the only time he wears shorts is when he's surfing. At school he wears the usual uniform, in which he hate. He thinks it makes him stand out to much.
Other: Arashi's skin tone isn't tan, its a little lighter. He has one tattoo. its a Desert fox that has grey fur, yellow eyes and fangs. This one is on his back. He also has a birth mark in the shape of a cloud on his forehead.
Overall Appearance: Arashi is rather handsome. He's attracted to girls and guys alike. (He is currently in a relationship with Taka-Kage, his friend since he moved here).

Personality: Arashi is rather quiet person, except when he's around his friends. He likes to hang out at the beach and surf. In his spare time he enjoys writing and reading the occasional book. He's nice, until someone messes with him or his friends. On finding himself as the priest of storms, he wasn't ecstatic. But he was pleased on having some action in his life. He isn't fond of his Uncle for reasons unknown.
Arashi is also an average student who hates studying. He is somewhat optmistic and hates holding grudges. When he does, its usually for a short amount of time. (Unless the person has hurt him deeply, or one of his friends).

Strengths: He's fast and light on his feet. Good surfer. Arashi is very cunning, just like a fox. He's trustworthy only to his friends. .
Weaknesses: He's not fond of scissors.(hair issues) and being late for anything. Seeing his friends get hurt.

History: Arashi was born during some kind of monsoon, in Egypt. Right after his birth, his parents divorced and his mother left. So he never knew his mother. When he was 15 his dad died of a heart attack and he was left to take care of himself. He became fully aware of his powers at the age 17. He didn't understand it until he went to see his god Seth. Then he realized that he had to go to the U.S. There he could get help from his uncle, who had moved there, on a place to live.
The worst part of the trip was the plane ride. He had to fly coach the whole way and the food was awful once he arrived at his Uncles, he enroled in the nearest school and got a dorm. He then devoted most time to his studies.

Transformation: He says his phrase and holds his hands like hes holding a ball. His eyes are closed (even though you can't tell because of his bangs.) The background color turns into a light grey and there is black lightning. The space between his hands begins to glow yellow as a ball of light appears. It shoots out around him and he opens his eyes. (once again you probably couldn't tell) The light disappears and he's left standing in his uniform.

Uniform: The shirt is a dark grey. On the necklace, the stripe in the middle is Black. The first belt that is around him is a black color and the one under that is a yellow. Same with the hem. His shoes are sandal like with black and yellow trim on the bottom.

Weapon: None
Attacks: Lightning Flash (defensive) - He places his right hands middle and pointer fingers together, while his thumb and other fingers are in a circle. He closes his eyes as he brings his hand to a stop infront of his face. The wind slightly picks up and brushes his bangs out of his eyes, which are still closed. Says in a normal tone "Lightning..." He turns his hand slightly so that his thumb nail is facing him. The sky turns dark, and a little ball of lightning appears infront of his hand. He opens he eyes as he says in the same tone "Flash." The lightning ball bursts and the enemy is temporarily blinded.
Storm Explosion (offensive) - He places his hands in a position like he's holding a basketball. His arms are stretched out infront of him. He becomes nothing but a shadow as he says "Storm.." Then his fingertips begin to glow as lightning charges up in his hands. He then yells "Explosion!" The charged lightning shoots from his hands up into the sky. Theres an explosion and the lightning falls back down surrounding the enemy. It creates a wall of lightning that traps the victim in a dome like prison. If the victim trys to get out they are zapped. If anything touches the walls of lightning that is.
