Behold my product of the summer,
2004! No summer school and no job, so I had to do something other than
sit at home like a lazy bum 
.
So here it is................
a sofa end table!
The pine wood I used, and the unfinished table. The table is a tray
with the layer of styrofoam and a flat particle board bottom.
After sanding and polish (which took a few days 
)
, I got a fiberglass top for the table which would fit in the trench.
Then Caleb put his shell collection inside! Cool huh? 
The finished table in the living room! See, even Caleb's smiling about
it 
.
Thanks to Dad for help sawing the wood, and Joe and Esther who came
over to help apply the varnish.
