Ensemble Of Folk Dances And Songs "SKOPJE"

JUNE 6, 2001 ALL NIGHT CONCERT at the ARM - CONCERT SCENE

As you can see we are going to perform all night concert in a very short time interval because of a very big interesting of the folk spectators from our capitol Skopje.
We are expecting successful performing and good entertainment.
The programme for the concert will presence few new surprises for the spectators which will be our secret until the concert will be held.

The concert will be held at 19 o'clock on June 6, 2001 at the ARM - concert scene.

JUNE 19, 2001 ALL NIGHT CONCERT on the OPEN SCENE at SKOPJE-CITY PARK

This concert is preparing with the youngest dancer's groups at the Ensemble "SKOPJE". The concert is imagined to show the spectators the final achievement that our youngest members has achieved at the end of the school year.
Most interesting part of the concert is the dance which are going to perform the members of the Ensemble from the primary school "Johan Heinrich Prestaloci".
They are doing their first dancing steps during this two last months.
We hope that the spectators are going to be contend.
Like it's usually there are going to be another few news (surprises).

APRIL 5 - 9, 2007 2nd International Children Folk Festival "Easter 2007 "

Ensemble Of Folk Dances And Songs "SKOPJE", Skopje City FUNFAIR and Youth Cultural Center are organizing 2nd International Children Folk Festival "Easter 2007".

Besides groups from Macedonia, children folk groups from Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Serb Republic and Ukraine will take part as well.

Foreign Folk groups will arrive in Skopje on April 5, 2007 (Thursday) and leave Skopje on April 9, 2007 (Monday). Kids from foreign Folk groups will be hosted in families and their hosts will be kids from Ensemble "Skopje".

Friday, April 6, 2007 all foreign groups will visit Ohrid. In the afternoon, foreign groups will perform in Resen (open stage).

Saturday, April 7, 2007 groups will have a concert in Univerzalna Sala, starting at 17:00h.

Sunday, April 8, 2007 Folk parade will be organized. Children performers will play, sing and dance starting from the fountain in the city park to the open cinema located in city FUNFAIR.

Folk parade will start at 11:00h. During the parade, groups will have two short presentation of their folkore (2 minute program): at the open stage "Shkolka" in the city park and inside city FUNFAIR (open stage). Main program of the festival will start at 12:00h, at the stage of the open cinema in the city FUNFAIR. Entrance is free for all visitors.

8. KUD "Grigor Prlicev" - Skopje, Macedonia

9. KUD "Goce Delcev" - Bitola, Macedonia

As every year before, City FUNFAIR will organize competition and will provide rewards (free tickets and many other surprises) for best painted and decorated Easter egg. All visitors and participants can join this competition.
