There are always those that do not believe what they are told, and for those that do not believe that the medical emergency incident caused by Amway Metal Cleaner took place, then here is the proof to prove beyond any doubt, that the stated emergency medical situation described in the main story, did take place.

For the last week I have been quietly labeled a LIAR, maligned, and belittled by Amway zealots on the internet, whose cause is to destroy the truth that I have been revealing about Amway, Amway Metal Cleaner, and the medical emergency nightmare that I went through on December 15, 1998.

For Amway, and the Amway zealots that continue to verbally attack me, I have but one statement to make in regards to the manner in which I have been labeled as a liar, then maligned and belittled over this issue.

The statement is this; never attack someone that arms themselves with the truth, and has a eternal contract to the Service of the Light.

Presented below is an exact picture copy of the standard Emergency Room Report from Espanola Hospital, as it was issued to me on December 15, 1998.

The rest of my medical files are the business of those that are on "a strictly need-to-know basis only," and I believe that any other person that is of reasonable and sane persuasion, would feel the same about their personal information being made public to the whole world.
