United States Bill of Rights as ratified by the several States |
UPDATED: May 28, 2001
This page on the "Original US Bill
of Rights" continues to be some of the most talked about and controversial
material about the US Bill of Rights on the Internet.
Presented on this page is a the "Original" United States Bill of Rights as it was sent to the several States to be reviewed, and then ratified by them. This material is presented by The F.A.C.T.S. Directory and Sherwood C. Ensey.
This is not a draft copy of the Bill of Rights; it is a copy of the Bill of Rights as it was approved by Congress, ratified by the several States, and then signed into Law by the United States Secretary of State, Thomas Jefferson.
The Bill of Rights was originally made up of the Bill itself, which included the Preamble, and the 12 ARTICLES contained within the Bill, of which 10 were approved by the States, and two were rejected.
This presentation of the United States Bill of Rights, includes the often times controversial "Preamble". The three years that this page has been up, many highly-educated scholars on the United States Bill of Rights have challenged the author's contention that there is a "Preamble" to the United States Bill of Rights. Each time that these educated and respected scholars have been shown an actual archival image of the first page of eleven, of the few remaining original copies of the United States Bill of Rights, with the "Preamble" on top, they have retreated from their so called educated position's, and have been totally unable to continue their arguments. NOTE: There was originally 11 pages that made up the entire US Bill of Rights ARTICLE and Amendment package, which was sent to and then ratified by the several States, and then sent back to Congress and entered onto the public rolls by United States Secretary of State, Thomas Jefferson.
Why?
Because the reality of the truth that there is a "Preamble" to the United States Bill of Rights, and that it empowers the masses of people to stop the abuses of government, must be too much for these educated scholars to believe in - either that or the scholars and those in power are so wrapped up in ego and corruption, that they have no intention on sharing governmental power[or anything else] with the masses of common people. Believe it - the reality of the truth is often to awakening or the "right thing to do", for those in authority and power to commit to!!!
As of the writing of this update, and after several long years of battle by several groups and individuals, over the subject of whether or not there is a Preamble to the US Bill of Rights, the National Archives and several other respected constitutional educators, have silently admitted that there is in fact, a Preamble to the US Bill of Rights. And, that the Preamble was part and parcel of the "Original" US Bill of Rights package that was ratified by the States.
"When you can no longer tell the difference
between the traits and actions of the criminal enterprises[and those in
them], and those that are our elected officials, the Courts & Judges,
the businesses, the Churches, and others that are wealth and power hungry;
then it is time to scrap the current system of U.S. government[which is
not a "true" Republican Form of Government], go back to the original
U.S. Constitution and the 'true' intent of America's founders, and make
the needed corrections. From this we create a new United States government.
A Nation and government that is a 'true' Republic for all the people, and
not just for the privileged few."
Jan. 2000, Sherwood Ensey

THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their ADOPTING the CONSTITUTION expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution.

Articles in the Bill of Rights that were either Ratified or Rejected by the Several States:
Article the First
Note: This article
failed to pass
the ratification
process by the several States to become part of the original Bill of Rights,
as the state Legislatures probably felt that one Representative for every
thirty thousand persons was the correct manner in which to maintain a proper
balance within government, and that the passage of this article would probably
give Congress the opportunity for too much abusive power. "We the People"
and the Constitution told those in government that equal and fair representation
in government was essential and mandatory. Where is that equal and fair
representation, that our forefathers guaranteed to the masses of the people,
in our current Federal government? It does not exist!
Article the Second
Note: This article
failed to pass
the ratification
process by the several States; And in the 1990's was unconstitutionally
and arbitrarily brought back from the dead, by Congress, and made into the
27th Amendment to the Constitution. For more details about the mysterious
circumstances surrounding this article, read the book FEDCON:
Death of the American Republic.

Important Notes:
The Bill of Rights of the United States of America
No more debates, no hassles, and no more deception. This is a "true" and "accurate" copy of the United States Bill of Rights as it was originally presented to, and then ratified by the several States. It is clear beyond any speculation or doubt, that there is in fact a "Preamble" to the U.S. Bill of Rights.
The textbooks and history of the United States have been misconstructed to intentionally hide the real truths and facts about the "real purpose" of the U.S. Bill of Rights, and how much of a key role that the Preamble to the US Bill of Rights actually plays in protecting the US Constitution and our rights as Americans.
The Preamble to the US Bill of Rights is the guarantee to the masses of common American people, that the Constitution is not open to misconstruction or abuse by those in power. The Preamble to the Bill of Rights is also the peoples guarantee that there will be one Representative in the House of Representatives for every thirty thousand people in the census, and a "iron clad" guarantee that there will be "No Taxation" at all, unless such taxation is strictly based on the enumeration, as well as the equal and fair Representation of the people's voice in Congress. None of those factors presently exist in our federalist form of government, but the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights says that they should be in place.
Also take note, when comparing the "federalist revised versions" of the US Bill of Rights to the original; that the original US Bill of Rights, lacks many key words that are started with upper case letters, and that there are also semi-colons in place of commas. These key elements are very important in how the Bill of Rights is to be read and legally understood.
Federalism continues to make a whore out of Lady Liberty and a mockery out of everything that the United States should stand for.
Just how much more of our history has been intentionally altered to fit the desires of those in power? Not even the most sacred of our original founding documents has been immune to the alteration and other abuses inflicted by the powers and forces of federalism.
The American people have been played for absolute idiots by the federalists and those others in positions of power for far too long.
Isn't it about time that the masses of people in the United States started taking back the government that is rightfully theirs in the first place? Or would the people rather continue on being the idiotic slaves to the continued misconstructed truths and lies of federalism?
The choice is yours people! Federalism[nationalist democratic fascism; an oligarchy] or "republicanism"?
