Chapter 1
The True Nature of Federalism

"Government is not reason;
it is eloquence; it is force!
Like fire, it is a dangerous servant
and a fearful master."
George Washington, Federalist
1st President of the United States

The power and conspiracy of which President Wilson spoke, has in fact turned out to be federalism, and the conspirators are professed and devout federalists to the bone. Federalists owe no allegiance to any cause or country more seriously than the cause that lines their pockets, and that cause is federalism. Federalists will, at all costs, put federalism above and beyond all else, including the original founding principals and basic rights contained in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. They will do anything, including bodily harm, to see that the cause of federalism survives above all threats to it, including the continued threat that the common masses of American people continue to pose to the maintained establishment of federalism. Presidents and other officials of public trust don't escape their power either, and failure to comply with federalist wishes most often results in those individuals removal from office and power. The federalists have learned extremely well what it takes to maintain federalism, and due to this they know exactly how to manipulate in order to maintain that power and control, and best of all, the federalists have an extremely long history and trail of abuses left behind them to prove it.

Just what is the true nature of federalism in government?

Federalism is the national supremacy of a strong central government, controlled by a select few, above the common good and interests of the masses of people. Democratic excesses such as freedoms, liberties, and basic rights for the common people, are to be suppressed. The United States government, also known as the Federal government, is a Federal form of government, but this form of government is contrary to the original intent of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The correct form of government, a "republic," that had been guaranteed to "We the People" by Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution, never took shape. Instead, federalism was put into its place immediately, and the "republic," the grand experiment, for which the common people had fought and died for in the Revolution was never born. The federalists had intentionally "aborted" (murdered) the infant child of the "republic" and given to the American people the federalists illegitimate and bastard child of federalism, that was conceived by the evil whore of tyranny and oppression. Federalism and the federalists had proven their supremacy over the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the masses of common people of America, and the powers and forces of federalism continue to exert this same supremacy over America in 1998.

Federalists have always openly advocated the practice of rule by the "best people." The fundamental belief of the federalists is this; that governments are best ruled by the upper class, for the benefit of the upper class, and whatever is left over, only as an alternate measure, then goes to the common people. This is the give the dog a bone and it will go away philosophy that the select few in power and control exert over the masses of people in America. Federalists feel that since they have all of the money and power they should also have all of the control and rulership of American government.

"Those who own the country, ought to govern it."
John Jay, Federalist

Many different and varied methods are employed by the federalists to gain and maintain control of the people, and the control of the masses of people enables the federalists to gain and keep control of the government. Some methods used to control people and governments include the judicial system, the legislative system, denial of equal and fair representation in government to the masses of common people, class legislation, censorship, propaganda, religion, political parties, lies, smear tactics, threats, intimidation, corruption, and even murder. Other methods to control the masses of people also include the educational system, control over some printed and electronic media, political organizations and bosses, pressure groups, and various other organizations and groups. Religious institutions are also used to control the masses of people and have been a primary source of block control for over 1,700 years. There are also other tools the federalist's have at their disposal to use when the above list won't keep people and governments in conformity to the rule and will of federalism.

Control of the common people, Presidents, and other government officials is generally carried out through misinformation, slander and lies, and when that doesn't work there are other alternatives, such as murder, that will work just as effectively. The pages of American history are filled with the dastardly and cowardly murders of many very important American people.

The masses of common people in American and world society are regarded by the federalists as nothing more than people that are too ignorant, weak, and uncaring when it comes to their governments, and therefore, the masses of people are easily controlled and swayed by whatever is imparted to them by federalist misinformation and manipulation. Politicians and government officials who oppose the federalist cause are looked upon and dealt with, in any manner that is deemed necessary to control them or remove them from office.

Federalists have also stayed in control and continue to stay in control through the sheer longevity of certain individuals that have been placed within strategically placed positions of power within government, such as Supreme Court Justices and other Federal judges that are favorable to the federalist cause, and who are for the most part appointed to their positions for life. Members of Congress can also enjoy the same longevity as long as they are re-elected, because there are no term limits stating how long they can hold office.

Without term limits in place on offices of public trust the select few are allowed to maintain their permanent place of power and control within government and society.

Most of all, the federalists rely heavily on the low vocal and voter participation of the masses of common people. In America the potential power that the masses of people have is nothing short of overwhelming, but the masses of American people continue to exercise their voice of inaction and indecision rather than take control of that power potential.

"The ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all."
John F. Kennedy, Democrat
35th President of the United States

"The average man votes below himself;
he votes with half a mind or a hundredth part of one.
A man ought to vote with the whole of himself, as he worships or gets married.
A man ought to vote with his head and heart, his soul and stomach,
his eye for faces and his ear for the music;
also (when sufficiently provoked) with his hands and feet.
If he has ever seen a fine sunset,
the crimson colour of it should creep into his vote...
The question is not so much whether only a minority of the electorate votes.
The point is that only a minority of the voter votes."
G.K. Chesterton (1874-1936)
From, Tremendous Trifles

Recent and past political events within the United States have pointed out the severe problems and flaws that are inherent with federalism. The ongoing investigations early in 1998, and continuing legal probes into President Bill Clinton, and the events surrounding and involved with the continuing investigations, have pointed out some of the methods that the federalists are willing to employ in order to achieve what they want. These events serve to point out the elemental dangers that federalism continues to pose to the basic rights and freedoms to the masses of American people, and to the rest of the world. Recent questionable and in all likelihood unconstitutional practices by Special Federal Prosecutor Ken Starr and his legal team has brought some focus to this train of thought, and has also shed a lot more light on the harm and dangers that federalism continues to pose to basic human rights and world peace.

The continued incarceration of Susan McDougal by the abusive powers imposed by Special Federal Prosecutor Ken Starr, for McDougal's refusal to testify before Starr's grand inquisition, is nothing short of one of the most vile and corrupt criminal acts ever imposed by the out of control powers and forces of federalism. This unconstitutional incarceration of Susan McDougal also serves to point out just how much danger the masses of common people of America are really in, by the continued power and control of federalism.

Some historians have pointed out that the continued outlook and longevity for federalism is not good. In light of the past, recent, and continuing events within government, it would be fair to say that is a correct analogy of the future that federalism is facing.

On February 6, 1998, Special Federal Prosecutor Ken Starr (1) made a remark to the media implying - Give us all the facts, lets see them! The remark was made in regards to the ongoing proceedings against President Clinton.

(1): Some background information on Ken Starr; he is an ultra-conservative Christian, has a typical family, and practices law before the Supreme Court. The same source of information also revealed that Starr is a member of The Federalist Society.

Here in response to that statement made by Ken Starr on February 6th, is a reply to give to all the people of America and to the rest of the world. These are just some of the facts and results of an investigation into what Ken Starr won't be telling the people of America or the rest of the world. For example, Ken Starr won't be telling the people about the true nature of federalism and the long history that federalism has of heaping abuses and sufferings on the masses of common people. Ken Starr also won't be telling the people who and what the federalists are, and that he is representing just one of the many powerful and controlling voices of federalism. Starr will not be revealing that federalism represents a very small percentage of the populace, those that believe themselves to be the "best people" to rule and have power. Everyone is entitled to hear the truth at least once in their lifetime, and that is one of the reasons for this reply to Ken Starr and the rest of the people of the world.

"It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself."
Thomas Jefferson, Anti-Federalist
3rd President of the United States

The error of which Thomas Jefferson spoke is federalism, and the truth is the original Constitution and Bill of Rights - and the call for a true "republic."

What Ken Starr has very possibly accomplished by all of his maneuverings, is to awaken the sleeping guard dog that is the voice and spirit of the real American people, and the voice of the decedents of those who fought and died in the American Revolution to see that America became a true and real "republic." Once this dog is aroused it will not be happy and content until it has dug up all the old bones of federalism, and shown them to America and the world for what they really are.

The voices of the masses of people are stirring and the rumblings within society are indicating that the great sleeping guard dog that protects the "republic" is indeed waking up. Positive action may soon start replacing indecision and inaction on the part of the people in America and the rest of the world.

"Use action to cure fear and gain confidence. Do what you fear and fear disappears. Just try and see." The words of David J. Schwartz, Ph.D., are a very real solution to the problems America and the world is currently facing, and not the hollow rhetoric that federalism continues to give as solutions to the people. What the masses of people tend to fear they in turn avoid. Federalists are aware of this principal and practice it successfully, as they have transcended fear and have gained the confidence that they want, by knowing the advantages that this simple principal can bring about. The same if not more of an advantage belongs to the masses of people, if only the people would get over the fear of federalism and sticking their heads in the sand and doing nothing. Positive actions create positive results!

"No passion so effectually robs the mind of all its powers of acting and reasoning as fear."
Edmund Burke (1729-1797)
The Origin of our Ideas of the Sublime and Beautiful

Fear thrives in that type of an advantage where one people are taught not to fear and another are made to fear, and the masses of people in America and the rest of the world can have the same advantage when they learn not to fear those select few that are in power. But first the people need to understand why they have been made to fear and not be self-confident, and once that is done the fears within the people will quickly start disappearing. Many common people are learning not to fear, and as they do this, they will be making positive decisions that will propel themselves into being self-confident, as this happens federalism will start disappearing and will be replaced by governments that are true and real "republics," working for the general welfare and good of all the people.

This book was done to reveal to the people that there is another way to acquire more meaning for our lives, rather than to live in the shadow of fear and lack of confidence. It will present facts and concepts that challenge the very foundations of everything people have thought or blindly have been told was the truth. This represents many years worth of work, research, and study into the Constitution, Bill of Rights and into the Federal form of government from ancient Greece and Rome to modern day. People and institutions that have played roles in the shaping and development of America will be included, as many of them played pivotal roles in the obstruction and abuses of Constitutional guarantees, while there are others that have tried to prevent them. Research into the events found in this book turned up a virtual "Pandoras box" of how liberties and basic human rights, even lives, were stolen away from the common people through federalism and all of its counterparts since the day when the "Oligarchy" form of government was first imposed on the masses of people by the select few. To build a foundation for acquiring more meaning will mean that a bridge has to be built between spans of knowledge that has not generally been known to the people.

There are certain basic rights that the people of the United States are entitled to in order to preserve the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and these are rights that the government does not have the authority to keep within their grasp and withhold from the people. These rights belong to all of the people in America and not just to the select few. One of those basic rights of the people, is the right to the form of government that was guaranteed to them, a true and real "republic." In a true "republic" all of the people are equally represented and not just a select few, and the common people have the right to hold high ranking offices of public trust within their governments, and the people have the absolute basic right of equal and fair representation in Congress. These are basic American human rights, which the people lack altogether in America, but yet these are some of the most basic of rights that the masses of people are guaranteed under the original intent of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Federalism denies to the masses of people and preserves to the select few, and at the same time federalists choose what type of government America and the masses of common people will have. The Constitution and Bill of Rights make it clear, the United States is to have a "republican form" of government, and any changes made to that guarantee must be with the proper approval of the masses of people and not made arbitrarily against them by those in power.

There will be certain individuals within American society, and even world society, that will oppose this book and what the United States Constitution and The Bill of Rights actually stands for and means, and guarantees to "We the People." They will probably question the judgment of the grand experiment like a true and real "republic" in place of Federal government, and these same individuals will most likely question the patriotism and judgment of the author. Let those same individuals also question the judgment and patriotism of those founding fathers of America that authored those great documents and the Declaration of Independence. Let the federalists declare by inaction or by abusive actions, to all the people of the world and America who believe in freedom, human rights, and peace, that the Founding fathers of America were wrong and that those great documents are nothing but a lie. Let the federalists reveal to all the people, where it states clearly and in bold print, in the Constitution or Bill of Rights, that Americans are to have a Federal form of government!

Those words will never be found in the Constitution and Bill of Rights that give any authority or power whatsoever to federalism. The consent and power in the Constitution and Bill of Rights that federalists have, is their own misconstructed implied consent. Federalists continue to misuse and misdirect the authority and power of those two great documents for their own benefit and gain.

Do you still disagree?

In the immortal words of a famous American Patriot:

"If you love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude
better than the animating contest of freedom...,
go home from us in peace...
We ask not your counsels or your arms (help)...
Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you...
May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget you were our countrymen."
Samuel Adams, Anti-Federalist

Federalism has survived very well into modern times due to the ancient and deeply established and secretive nature of federalism in world government. This secretive nature has hidden much of the obvious truth about federalism from the people, and this is one of the traits of federalism, to deter the truth through distraction and disguise by manipulation from dark and secret places. Evil is the only thing that the author knows of that continues to operate from the dark and in secret places.

In approximately 1992, the patterns of distraction started becoming more focused, and the truth more blurred, and as this happened a clearer pattern of information started surfacing about just what was creating the problems in America and the rest of world society. Problem one identified itself as federalism, and problem two emerged as the people. A closer look at problem two revealed that the people were not totally to blame for their inattention to government. Because federalism has roots so deeply entrenched into the masses of people and American government and other world governments, it was easy to perceive how "We the People" became so easily manipulated and controlled, but the way out of manipulation and control is through the voice and voting power of all the people. With people distracted, federalists and governments can quietly go about doing whatever they desire, and due to this; federalism has survived for hundreds and hundreds of years and continues to survive and flourish.

The problem is rather simple, as long as "We the People" have no equal and fair voice within the core body of government, then the government will lack the stability and balance that is required of good government. Good governments require that all classes of people be represented equally and fairly within the core body of government to maintain a good balance. A good example of this is represented by trying to spin a top on a surface that is not level, and most attempts at spinning the top would reveal that the spinning top loses balance and spins out of control. Spin the top on a level playing field and it maintains the balance that is required to keep it spinning within control.

Balance achieves harmony, and those are the first two steps necessary to lead the world towards a lasting world peace, but people need to make the first steps towards creating the balance that is so badly needed in government. The masses of people need to take positive action and become more involved in the affairs of their governments if there is ever to be any balance and harmony in government.

Involvement simply requires that the masses of people become more informed about their government, and then act in a responsible manner to the information that has enlightened them. Good government requires this and world peace is demanding it. The alternative to the mass involvement of people in their government is continued tyranny, oppression and slavery, and the worst alternative is the oblivion of mankind on a planet called Earth.

Caution may at times seem like a prudent course of action to the masses of people, but more than likely the caution to avoid involvement may have been born of fear to change. Many great things that could and should of have been done that were great and good things for civilization have been lost to inaction that was born of fear.

The masses of people should always remember that to be great and to be a hero we must first conquer our fears and put behind us the cowardice of the misconstructed truths that cause our fears.

"Caution has its place, no doubt, but we cannot refuse our support
to a serious venture which challenges the whole of the personality.
If we oppose it, we are trying to suppress what is best in man -
his daring and his aspirations.
And should we succeed, we should only have stood in the way
of that invaluable experience
which might have given a meaning to life.
What would have happened if Paul had allowed himself
to be talked out of his journey to Damascus?"
Carl Jung (1875-1961)
Collected Works, Volume 11

The average American, by way of the electronic and mass media, has started becoming more informed about their government and the events surrounding it. Ever increasingly, the people of America and the world are becoming more conscious to the facts that there are many very serious problems confronting world society and their governments. Each day on television and in the newspaper, people hear or read about the many problems that are plaguing society. The majority of people read or hear the news are then so predisposed with their own lives that they do nothing to improve or remove the conditions that are causing the problems.

Indecision and the excuse about what is going on around the masses of people can no longer have a place in the modern arena of society and government that continues to grow and surround the people. With the problems in the United States and the world playing front stage so much lately, it appears as if the people desire to continue on their present course of inattention, happy to pursue annihilation and happy to have their government do it for them if they can't. People need to become more involved and start taking the necessary steps to correcting the problems that are confronting America and the world. The United States especially can not afford to carry the slackers that will not stand up and be counted, yet want the freedoms and other privileges that America grants to them on a daily basis.

When a problem exists that has the potential of creating great harm, the intelligent and logical tendency is to fix the problem before it gets worse and causes even greater damage.

Nothing harms a people or a country more than the ignorance and inattention of its people to the real problems that engulf them as a society. The harm is further compounded when people refuse to help alleviate the problems that surround them.

"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization;
it expects what never was and will never be."
Thomas Jefferson

When the people don't care enough about preserving and protecting their basic human rights, then governments don't care enough to preserve and protect people's rights, and governments are then obligated to take those rights away from the masses of people. Governments are always looking for ways to abuse and take away the rights of the people, and inattention and inaction to the affairs of government only helps those that would abuse and take away the rights of the common people.

There are two American documents that work as one, to give to the people of America the right to a government that is free from the tyranny of federalism and oppression, and they are the Constitution and Bill of Rights. These two documents stand alone as the Supreme Law of the land, and no one individual, group or interest is above the greater good for which these documents were written.

The Constitution and Bill of Rights of the United States, and the government empowered by those documents belongs to "We the People," and not exclusively to the select and affluent federalists and their associates, who continue to misconstruct and abuse the Constitution for the sole profit and benefit of themselves.

As an individual or as a group of individuals, it is the absolute right of the people to compel the Federal government to stay within Constitutional boundaries. In fact, it is the duty of every real American to do this, as the only alternatives to freedom and basic human rights is the oppression and sufferings born of tyranny and slavery. If the government of the United States were within those Constitutional boundaries and guidelines then the masses of people would not be experiencing the current problems that they are having as a society. It is the responsibility of government to be as legitimate as it can and in America that is especially important.

In an Essay on the Trial by Jury, Lysander Spooner wrote about the legitimacy of government: "Government is established for the protection of the weak against the strong. This is the principal, if not the sole motive for the establishment of all legitimate government. It is only the weaker party that lose their liberties, when a government becomes oppressive. The stronger party, in all governments are free by virtue of their superior strength. They (the rich) never oppress themselves. Legislation is the work of the stronger party; and if in addition to the sole power of legislation, they have the sole power of determining what legislation shall be enforced, they have all power in their hands, and the weaker party are the subjects (slaves) of an absolute government. Unless the weaker party have a veto, they have no power whatever in the government and...no liberties.... The trial by jury is the only institution that gives the weaker party any veto upon the power of the stronger. Consequently, it is the only institution that gives any effective voice in the government, or any guaranty against oppression."

Those immortal words are considered by many as the guide to what establishes and constitutes governments that are legitimate and illegitimate. Spooner further elaborates that in legitimate governments the people are also guaranteed the right to direct judicial redress of their governments, so that a balance of power within government can be perpetually maintained. Without all of the proper balances in place governments will allow themselves all of the excesses that they desire, and those excess will be at the expense and abuse of the rights of the masses of people.

In 1997 the Judicial branch of the Federal government unconstitutionally shifted more of that balance of power from the people to the government, by making a "technical" Amendment to the Constitution in the trials of Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols. The result was another further erosion of Constitutional rights that historically and rightfully belonged to all the people of America. The controversy surrounding that "technical amendment" by the Judicial branch of the United States government will be closely examined later in this book.

So just what is a "technical amendment?"

Often times the Federal government does things without following the intent of the Constitution or Bill of Rights, citing that what they did was a necessary and proper action for the circumstances involved. The results of the Federal government taking actions exceeding the authority found in the Constitution is known as adding "technical" amendments to the Constitution, and this type of amending process is very dangerous because it violates the most basic principals and philosophy of what the Constitution was intended to do in the first place. If the unconstitutional practice of adding "technical" amendments is allowed to continue, then the Federal government states that through "custom and usage," it can legally continue to disregard the Constitution and use the "technical" amendment as they see fit. This is a prime example of the arbitrary manner in which the Federal government conducts business without regard for the basic human rights of the people of America.

"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human liberty;
it is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves."
William Pitt 1682

It has therefore become very important that "We the People" come to the rescue of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, because this will ultimately lead to the rescue of America and the rest of the world.
