FEDCON:
Death of the American Republic
Presented By F.A.C.T.S.
There is no amendment to the Constitution or any clause in that original document empowering federalism with any authority whatsoever as the officially approved form of government of the United States. Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution makes it very clear that every governmental authority in the United States, and that includes the central government, shall guarantee to the people a "republican form" of government. Federalism is a distant cousin to republicanism, but the two are very distinct in form, and differ greatly as to the overall effects created within government and society.
The differences are in fact so great between federalism and republicanism, that the two are as separate as day is to night.
Federalism is a complex form of government that is controlled by the select few for the benefit of the select few. The structure for representation within the central legislative body of Federal government does not allow for fair and equal representation of the common people, i.e., one representative for every 700,000 people, and it is almost impossible to redress government wrongs through the legislative branch. The legislative branch uses "class" legislation routinely to maintain control of the common people. The judicial system in a Federal government is cumbersome, unfair, intrusive and impossible to get real legal recourse or justice. The executive branch in federalism is hard to reach and nearly impossible for the common people to have any meaningful communication with, and forget about redressing wrongs through this means because the Presidents don't concern themselves with the real issues confronting the common people. In a Federal government taxation can be carried out by any acceptable manner that the government desires to impose and the bulk of the tax burden rests on the common people. The federalist monetary system uses a banking system that is united with other federalist banks outside the country and the banks are in private ownership with foreign powers owning part of the central banking system. The Federal government borrows money from the private banks and the interest on the money borrowed is paid by the common people with the select few deriving the profits from the labor of the common people. The money in a Federal government does not belong to the people. Federalism uses a political system that is orchestrated and controlled by a select few and offers government and political favors in exchange for monetary support of those in government. The benefits in a Federal government go firstly to the select few and then only after priority to the first class does any benefit go to the common people.
Federalism is extremely expensive to maintain due to the graft, skimming off of money and corruption that the Federal form of government breeds. The complexities of Federal government could go on for pages, but these representative examples will serve the purpose.
A "republic," on the flip side of the coin, is a simple form of government that is governed by all of the people for the benefit of all the people. The structure in the central legislative body of a true "republic" allows for the fair and equal representation, i.e., one representative for every 25,000 to 30,000 people, and the people have the right to redress of wrongs committed against them by the government. There is no class legislation allowed under republicanism and the benefits of government go to all the people on an equal basis, and not just to the select few. The judicial system in a "republic" is simple and fair, yet it is strict enough to properly preserve the welfare of the people, and the system is non-intrusive into the affairs of the people. There is direct legal recourse to wrongs committed against the people, and there is equality before the law, and there is real justice in the law. The executive branch in federalism protects and defends the Constitution and the basic human rights of the people first and the people have the right to redress the government before the President. Taxation in a "republic" is not based on the personal income of the people and any taxes imposed must be in strict accordance with the original intent of the Constitution. The money and banking system is administered by the "republic" and belongs to the people, and the central banks are public. The central banks are not to be owned by foreign interests. There is no formalization of political parties and no political or government favors exist in exchange for financial support, and there are strict laws preventing this abuse.
Any individual is free to run for and occupy any governmental office that the people elect them to in a "republic" as long as that individual meets the constitutional requirements for that office. Because there are no unfair financial handicaps or advantages to contend with in a "republic," an individual that runs for an office is judged on their performance, abilities, logic, reasoning, and intelligence, and their competence to do the job asked of them. The individual with the agenda most closely matching the continuing needs of society are the ones that are generally elected to offices of public trust in a "republic," and by virtue of this the free election process of balance and harmony is maintained to better serve the government and society.
Overall costs to operate a "republic" are streamlined and expenditures are more closely monitored to protect the money from those that might wish to help themselves to the people's money. A "republic" would have a comptroller that would continually track and monitor the money and financial affairs of the country.
Presently there are people within the American society that have a better aptitude and perspective for the affairs of government and the needs of society, than those presently in government, but those people are being excluded from holding office because of the unfair disadvantages that Federal government places the common people of America under.
Federalism is not a balance and because of this the Federal government and the people are in constant turmoil. With a "republic" the affairs of government are more closely balanced and put into harmony and as a result of this the people and society become balanced. With balance comes harmony and with that comes world peace.
After looking at the two forms of government is easy to discern that there are real and distinguishable differences between a Federal government and a true "republic," yet the people continue to be lied to about the two forms of government. People in America are continually told that they live in the American Republic, but this is a lie. Federalism and republicanism are similar in the respect that both forms represent the people, but a true "republic" represents all of the people and not just the select few as federalism does.
For anyone to state that the Federal government is the same as a "republic," under "We the People," admits that they are a tyrant and for the cause of slavery and oppression of the people. They also choose to deny what the basic truths are that are embodied within the Constitution and Bill of Rights. People can choose to educate themselves about the issues of what a real America is and what it will take to bring America to the standard of what it should be, or the people can choose to remain stupid and blind to the blaring truths of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and continue to be slaves and lick and kiss the hand of their masters. Those are the only options that are currently available to the masses of common people in America.
We are either Americans together as one in the great scheme of life on this planet, or we are not Americans at all, and that choice is the choice of slave and master. The people are as one and this planet known as Earth belongs to each and everything that inhabits it, and man is but a transient occupant. The truths are there for all the people to discover for themselves, but ignoring the truths after finding them only gives federalism the necessary fuel it needs to create more lies that will only lead to more problems. As Americans and as occupants of this planet it is our moral duty to confront the lies of federalism and to solve the abuses and other problems that the lies of federalism have imposed on us as a people and as a society. Are we free Americans bound by truth and honor, or are we the slaves to the select few?
What has happened to the Constitution and to the people, is the manipulation of the people's attitudes to what the truth is not, and this has been a carefully shaped and designed federalist manipulation of government, business and religion. The Constitution and the people of America have suffered because the Constitution has been misconstructed with unconstitutional amendments, to the point, to where it has created an abyss that the Federal government gets its power from, and where the basic human rights of the American people have disappeared. As long as the federalist stranglehold remains on the Constitution, then what is happening to the people will continue unabated and the conditions of the people will only grow worse.
The Federal government only flourishes because of the constant manure that people allow themselves to be covered with by those in Federal government. We don't have a true "republic" because the people and the Presidents have given into the lies and untruths of federalism for too long, and this has allowed the people and America to slip into complacency. Basically, people have become lazy to the value of the truth and what it can bring to society.
Within the Preamble to the Bill of Rights is the specific answer to exactly what has gone wrong. The Constitution of the United States has been misconstructed and its powers so abused that little is left of the original intent of that document, and as the Constitution has suffered so has the Bill of Rights and the masses of common people. The Federal government with the aid of those in power have ignored the preamble and misconstructed articles and clauses within the Constitution and reshaped the document into a tool that benefits the federalists while ignoring the basic human rights of the masses of people in America. Take a closer look at the amendments and at the Constitution and what you will discover for yourself is a carefully cloaked reconstruction of the Constitution. There are also many "technical" amendments not visible to the people that have given the Federal government even broader powers at the expense of freedoms, basic rights, and liberties that belong to the people. America, the world, and all of the people's resources are being gobbled up by the select few with the blessings and approval of the people.
The choices that people face today about what will be done with federalism will determine and shape Americas path into tomorrow and what path the world will take as a whole. If the masses of people can begin the necessary steps to establishing a true and real "republic" as called for in the Constitution, then America as a nation will shine brightly and will lead the way for the world into the next step of social evolution that is required of mankind at this point in history. As a people, we all need to understand that this step is mandatory for us to achieve the balance and harmony required to give the world a lasting peace that will insure the survival of the human species on this planet. Choosing to ignore the problem and to ignore positive solutions can only lead mankind to destruction, and that is nothing but self-inflicted murder.
We as people can choose the correct road to world peace or we can
continue on our present course of killing each other off. The sacrifices
made by the people will have to be many and no one person will be immune
to the changes, and it will require some concessions that are going to ultimately
change many structural beliefs about what people have perceived as truths,
but in reality are the conjectures of mankind for the benefit and gain of
the few.
People that choose not to confront what the truth actually is and willingly
choose to ignore the fact that change is a necessary and essential step
of social evolution and advancement, will continue to find themselves more
lost than ever to the reality of the truth, and ignorance in this case is
not bliss, and the ignorance will only serve to harm the prospects for any
type of lasting world peace.
As we learn how to open up our hearts to the reality of the truths the positive changes in society that the people are desiring will start taking place, but first the people must open their hearts up to the truths before those changes will begin.
The truth is a good beginning point for any constructive and good endeavor. To bad federalism never started out like that.
