Chapter 7

Part 1
The Devil has Eleven Points Against You

There is Law in Justice - But No Justice in the Law

Information and facts presented over the last few chapters clearly presents a troubled picture of federalism, one that is blurred by lies, violence, and other outrages and abuses against the common people. The representation that federalism continues to present to the masses of people is disgraceful, and people in America and the world need to take a very deep look within themselves and decide if federalism is really the type of government they desire to continue with and preserve for future generations to come. Given the evidence already presented, it is doubtful that reasonable and intelligent people would want to continue with such a system of government, especially one that is so much in continual conflict with the most basic of human rights.

People that may not yet be convinced about the abuses of federalism need to keep on reading, and those already persuaded to the harmful nature of what has been committed by the federalists also need to keep reading, and become even more informed about the wrongs of a Federal form of government and what it continues to impart on society.

People and governments first created laws to protect life and property. Some of the earliest written law's date from about 3,400 BCE, and the concept of laws stressing order and obedience were mostly informal or formal dictates until around 530 CE, when a complete body of formalized and written laws were formed by the Church and the Byzantine Empire.

The Federal government of the United States uses a Judicial system that is made up of English common law, Byzantine Empire Roman law and of course, Christian Biblical law. Law is not a necessary evil as most people are persuaded into believing, rather the law is another necessary tool of federalism for the propagation of their continued existence. With Christian Biblical law embedded into the American justice system in the manner that it is, this once again shows how far America is from the basic and just principals that our forefathers wanted for us as a people.

"The devil hath eleven points of the law against you, that is, possession"
Thomas Adams 1630

Laws are one of the founding principals of how a society is constructed by government and when serious flaws develop in the system of justice, that has the responsibility of administering those laws, and deciding what is right and wrong, then the laws of the land become the tools for the select few to use against the masses of people within society. When correct and appropriate laws are applied in a consistent and equal manner, without abusing the rights of the people and of the individual, then and only then can the Judicial system governing that country brag to the world about having the best Judicial system in the world.

In America we have been made to believe that our system of justice and way of life as a result of this system, is the best in the world. That feeling and concept is only partially true, as there is a tremendous amount of room for positive growth and improvement in those areas.

The American people should take some time to think about this statement made by one of this centuries greatest legal minds.

"Americans generally like to boast
that ours is the finest system of justice in the world,
and most of us probably believe it.
Those with actual experience in the system know better.
Guilty or innocent, convicted or acquitted,
they have learned at first hand the cold fear
associated with being a defendant in an American court."

F. Lee Bailey

The administration of Law and Justice in America continues to be strained by the tensions of bigotry, political favoritism, corruption, monetary advantage, and numerous unconstitutional loopholes and other abuses that the administrators of Law and Justice inflict on the common people on a daily basis. When the select few can't manipulate the system with their power and control, then they simply resort to purchasing what they need from the government and the justice system by calling it political contributions.

People from all corners of the world, and in America, deserve judicial systems in their governments that are free from the abuses created by bigotry, political favoritism, money, and corruption. In America there needs to be more of an emphasis on preventing those abuses due to the guarantees of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, yet the masses of people in the United States act as if they could care less what these abuses are doing to them.

Supposedly the right to an equal and fair justice system free from those types of abuses is a basic American right, guaranteed to the people by those great documents, but each day more laws are created by the government that remove those rights from the reach of the common people.

In America it has become a justice system where the more money a person has the more immunity from justice a person can purchase, and the more manipulation of the system one can buy the more powerful the corrupt are allowed to become. This is causing a tremendous amount of harm to both the people and to the Constitution of the United States.

Even the Federal government feels that they are free to act in a manner that holds itself above the Supreme Law of the land, namely the Constitution of the United States.

The Justice Department, under the knowledge and authority of the Attorney General of the United States, Janet Reno, committed one of the worst and more recent unconstitutional and harmful attacks on the Constitution. In 1997 the Justice Department was in direct conflict with Article III, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution, which states that "The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crime shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed." The violation of the Constitution happened when the Justice Department had the trials of Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols moved from the State of Oklahoma to the State of Colorado. Janet Reno simply made a "technical amendment" to the Constitution and did what she felt was right for the Federal government, and in so doing ignored the rights of the people of Oklahoma and the United States, and severely damaged the integrity of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

It was well within the rights of the State of Oklahoma to complain the way that they did about the trials being moved to Colorado, but in the end Janet Reno and the Federal government used their power and authority to silence the proud "Sooner" state into submission, and when that happened another large chunk of the Constitution went into the paper shredder.

Among those shreds of paper can be found the remnants of Constitutional basic rights that belonged firstly to the people of the State of Oklahoma and then to all the people of America. That is how the federalists operate, without regard for any laws, as they believe themselves to be the law, and not to be held back by the Constitution or the people who complain about what they illegally do. Those that have the money and the power can make the rules as they see fit, and everyone else can go to hell, and this is exactly how the federalists view themselves in comparison to the common people.

So how does it feel Janet Reno, to at last be in the midst of such famous traitors as Judas and Benedict Arnold? Thank you very much for selling out the people of Oklahoma and America and thank you for erasing some more of the Constitution, which at this point has very little of its original intent and meaning left in tact because of people like you.

The federalists won again and the State of Oklahoma and the people of America allowed it to happen again, and when this happened more basic human rights were flushed right down the toilet. When people fail to act and preserve their basic human rights then the Federal government is obligated to take rights away from the people, and eventually it will come to a point, to where there will be no more rights left to take away from the people. America is rapidly approaching that pinnacle.

Knowledge is a useful tool in developing a sense for what actually is the truth, and the truth when applied as knowledge is harmful to whatever is not the truth, and federalism is definitely no part of what the truth is all about. Knowledge and the truth are two dangerous threats to federalism and everything that it represents and stands for, so feel free to apply this knowledge as directed.

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved,
there can be no rule making or legislation
which would abrogate them."
Miranda v. Shelby County, Arizona
(1966)
United States Supreme Court

Newspapers across America and throughout the world serve as repositories for recording the abuses of governments and their judicial systems, and in America due to the Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press, there are countless stories available to authenticate abuses by the Judicial system on an almost daily basis.

The ongoing "witch hunt" of President Bill Clinton is a good case study in point about the abusive power that federalists use. Currently the federalists keep on using the Federal system of justice to pursue the President through countless legal arenas outside of the courtroom, so that they can attempt to maintain control over the Executive branch of Federal government, and many people look at what Ken Starr and others like him are doing to be perfectly legal and moral, and that is definitely not the case. Little does the President know exactly what he is dealing with, and maybe he should become more enlightened as to the scope of power that the federalists have.

Federalists are power mongers with only their self-interests at stake and apparently the programs aimed at helping the common people are taking too much money and power away from the select few that want the money and other resources for their causes. The federalists are way too hungry to remove President Clinton from power, and it can only be because the President is not cooperating with the policies of federalism and is refusing to bend 100% to the federalist's desires.

Whatever the President does on a personal level, as long as it does not interfere with the running of America, should be the Presidents own business and no one else's. The right to privacy is every Americans right under the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and the President is not excluded from the right to privacy just because they are holding the office of President. When the Presidency is allowed to be attacked at a personal level on the basis of religiously imposed morals, then we as a people have allowed a religious test to be placed on offices under the public "Trust," and this people, is a violation of the third paragraph of Article VI of the Constitution which reads; The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

That article spells it out very clearly to the Anti-American Christian Coalition; the Christian religion and no other religion is allowed to impose their will onto members of the United States government, and any members of government who have used a religious advantage to gain an office under public Trust, are very possibly in violation of the Constitution, by virtue of their election to an office of public Trust being based on making a certain religious belief a proper qualification and prerequisite to holding that office. This is about the time that every good federalist, most of them Republicans, will be starting to run for cover or either will be starting to develop a good cover up story as to the source of power that came to put them in public office.

The only obligation that the President and others who hold offices of public trust are bound to is to the protection and defense of the Constitution of the United States. When the President and the others who hold public office carry out and serve the Constitution correctly, then they are best serving the interests and concerns of the masses of people. Those individuals that have and continue to violate that sacred trust by imposing a religious test on any public office or cooperate by taking money from religious interests, or solicit support from the same in order to be put into their public positions are in conflict with the very intent of the Constitution. Once again, there are those in power, federalists, who are not enforcing and obeying the Constitutional guarantees to the separation of church and state.

How the federalist "witch hunt" into President Clinton will end is anybody's guess at this time, but if you turn over enough stones one is bound to find something under at least one of the stones. For the sake of America and the world, as the stones are turned over, just maybe there will be nothing under any of them. Should there be anything at all, under any of them, then impeachment hearings will quickly follow the discovery of incriminating evidence, and impeachment for the reasons the federalists are really pursuing President Clinton for, is a direct affront to the integrity of the American people and another slap at a country that is supposed to belong to "We the People."

There are not many Presidents that this author could say were at least a little favorable to the plight of the common people, but President Clinton appears to have a concern for the average American by the manner in which he uses the term American People. The common people of this country may yet be saved from the abuses of federalism, if indeed the President is sincere about his attitude towards the average American and the Constitution.

No other President has been presented with such an opportunity as the one with which is being presented here and no other President in the history of the United States has had an opportunity like this to garner the support from the masses of people to even attempt anything like this.

President Clinton is being given the unique opportunity to start returning this country to its rightful and legally Constitutional form of government, a true "republic," as defined by the strict guidelines in the Constitution, which are the true and correct representations of a "republic." President Clinton can start returning this country to its rightful owners, all the people of America, and show to the common people that he is the greatest President since Thomas Jefferson.

If President George Washington was able to abolish the true "republic" because he felt that the grand experiment would fail, and establish a Federal government in place of a true "republic,"and therefore betray the common people of this country in 1789, then President Bill Clinton, in 1998, can by the same power and authority restore this country to the common people by immediately implementing measures aimed at restoring America to a true "republic." The President can in the same measure as Washington did, order that the Federal government is unconstitutionally inoperative and not in the best interests of the Constitution and the masses of American people it is supposed to be serving. Doing this great act would give the President the eternal gratitude of Americans for generations to come, and also would give him the shield of protection that he needs to ward off the continued attacks from the federalists that he is currently enjoying.

If President Clinton will return this country to "We the People" he will have become the greatest President this country has ever had.

There are many other measures that the President can immediately order, including the establishment of one Representative for every 25,000 to 30,000 people in this country, which if properly executed, would immediately start returning America to "We the People." America belongs to all of the people and not just to the select few who keep on insisting that they are the only fit class of people to rule. Start returning this country to a true and real "republic" Mr. President and you will have the common people's gratitude for a long time to come and you will have also earned your place in history as the President who chose the right and correct path for America to enter the next millennium by. Greatness Mr. President is born of the courage it takes to do the right thing at the right time. Do you have the courage and greatness to be that leader that takes the boldest step of all?

In making that decision, the President should keep in mind that the first and most important duty of the President is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and to do any less than that or to ignore that fact is in itself an impeachable offense. Members of Congress and all others in offices of public trust need to keep that in mind, as that statement also applies to them.

The path of courage and greatness is a much better choice than the blanket party Ken Starr and Congress is currently trying to throw for the President at this time. If the federalists have it their way, they will try and impeach the President because he is a direct threat to their established power base, and as former President Gerald R. Ford stated in 1970 while serving as a Representative in Congress; "An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history." That sums up the attitudes of the federalists pretty well, and that is what President Clinton is facing as a result of this currently ongoing federalist "witch hunt."

If the Federal Judicial system can attack the President in the manner that it is using now, and be allowed to get away with it, then the masses of people in America are even less safe from the abuses of the judicial system and from those in power within the Federal government.

Often times Americans are forced to deal with unconstitutional judicial abuses forced on them by the Committees and Subcommittees that Congress establishes to investigate matters that Congress decides it needs to investigate. These Committees and Subcommittees are frequent and repeated violators of individual rights and the rules of fair play at hearings they conduct, and there is no one to stop them, as they believe themselves above the Constitution and the law. This is what happens when only the select few are allowed to rule and this is the type of respect the masses of common people in America can expect to receive from a government that does not include the voices and concerns of all the people within it.

Over the years the courts have manipulated the power of the jury and Judges have illegally guided juries towards what the Federal government desires are, and increasingly have moved away from the protection of the Constitution and basic human rights. In 1977 the verdict of a jury was pretty much final, unless a higher court during the appeal process overturned the decision the jury made. Since that time grand juries have been tampered with by prosecutors and Judges, and in the courtroom Judges often times tamper with the decisions of Juries by giving them false information about who has the right to decide what a jury can legally do and not do. Judges interpret the law as they want and tell the juries that is the way the law reads and that the Jury must follow the Judges instructions to the letter.

The only law and facts that the Jury has to follow is the real and actual facts of the case itself and the Supreme law of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Anything else that is in conflict with that statement is legally a moot point.

Because people that are on Juries are generally ignorant to the Constitution and to what exact rights they have as a Juror, people on Juries become the pawns of the Federal government and the legal system they are there to protect. It is not the responsibility of the Judge to explain to the Jury what their truthful and lawful authority is as spelled out by the Constitution and Bill of Rights, because if they did that there might be a few Judges winding up in jail themselves. Corrupt politicians and those that abuse power would have nowhere to hide if juries really knew what their duties to the United States were.

It is the right; in fact it is the obligation and the duty of every American impaneled on a Jury to judge both the law being used as well as to thoroughly examine any and all facts in relationship to the controversy being judged, and the jury has a right to look closer at any part of the law to insure that it is within the guidelines of the Constitution. When a person sits on a jury they are there to determine the law and the controversy, and the prosecution, the defense, the Judge, and especially the government, have no right to intervene or interfere with the decision the jury is to make.

"The jury has a right to judge both the law
as well as the fact in controversy."

John Jay, 1st Chief Justice
United States Supreme Court 1789

So the next time a person has to sit on a jury they should try and remember that there is more on trial than just the case itself and they should keep in perspective that as long as Judges and Courts are allowed to manipulate the law and the justice system, then all Americans are in grave danger, as it is the duty of the jury to keep those dangers to the Constitution and to the masses of people in check by handing down the decision the jury desires, and not the decision the Courts and governments want.

People in America continue to voice their displeasure with the practice of limited equality before the law, yet they refuse to educate themselves to the knowledge that can bring about the solutions to their displeasure with government and the laws they pass.

"When complaints are freely heard,
deeply considered and speedily reformed,
then is the utmost bound of civil liberty
attained that wise men look for."

John Milton, 1644

Police power has expanded to a dangerous level in America, but it has not been without some justification. The upward surge of crime has made an increase in police power necessary to counter the increase in crime, but what should bother the people is the lack of governments to better screen police applicants and pay the good ones what they are worth. This has resulted in individuals slipping into positions of power and authority that do not belong there and that have little regard for the rights of others. Often times the police will blindly follow instructions from superiors they deem to be correct, and yet if you ask the average policeman in this country about the Constitution they will tell you that they know very little.

We train our police how to kill and how to deal with crime, but we do not give them the ample training on the Constitution and Bill of Rights that they need to develop skills that will properly enable them to deal with issues regarding the basic human rights of the people. If a person in law enforcement wants skills in basic human rights then it is up to them to acquire the skills and educational training on their own. People would be surprised to find out just how little many law enforcement people are with the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and how often that members of law enforcement are prone to violating an individuals rights, simply because they were not familiar enough with the basic human rights people are afforded under those documents. If we are to have more police in this country then they need to be better trained in areas that better protect and preserve the Constitutional rights and welfare of the people, and they need a pay scale that will properly compensate them for their overall abilities and risks associated with their positions.

If people expect law enforcement officers that are good, honest, and sincere then people need to understand that the police should be paid in a manner that will reflect those values. Each and every day the lives of law enforcement officers are put into jeopardy, and sometimes they lose their lives in the performance of those duties. How many of you would risk your lives each and every day for the simple pay that most of them receive? Like the purchase of things, people get what they pay for.

Law enforcement officers also owe it to the public to become more familiar with the basic human rights of others, and understand that it is their duty to not only protect and serve the general welfare of the people, but it is also their first and utmost duty to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. How many law enforcement officers reading this understand the duty and obligation of that statement concerning the Constitution and also understand that the Bill of Rights is a part of that Constitution?

Here is some more very important information about the Constitution and Bill of Rights that the masses of people need to have imparted to them.

The 4th Article of the Bill of Rights is the article in the Bill of Rights that is the Constitutional guarantee and protection, for the masses of people in America, against the unnecessary abuse of the power and authority by unwanted and unreasonable government intrusion. Fourth Article protection extends to an individual or parties of individuals, and all of their property, and for that reason the original article is shown here in its entirety.

Article IV
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

There is probably no other article more important to the Natural Rights of an individual, after the rights of the 1st Article, than the rights found in Article IV of the Bill of Rights.

Article IV is the "keep your hands off of me and my property" law, to law enforcement and the Courts. It tells the police and the courts to make sure they are 100% correct when they use their power and authority to "roust" an individual for a crime, and that unnecessary abuse to a suspect will result in severe problems to the person or persons inflicting the harm and/or abuse. The article demands of the police and courts that they be 100% sure they are correct in their actions and with their "factual" and "real" evidence.

The 4th Article tells the people that they have the basic right to be secure in their property and that the police and courts cannot lay one hand on a suspect or their property unless they have a Warrant to do so. It states further, that no search warrant can be valid unless it states the exact place and location, down to the square inch or less to be searched, and that the search warrant must name the exact person or exact thing to be seized or searched for. It is the responsibility of the courts to insure that the mandates of the 4th Article are carried out to their full extent, but with judges leaning more towards the federalist position these days, it is law enforcement and the courts that are getting the advantage of rights and not the masses of people.

The intent and exact purpose of the article is very clear and it is an article consistent with one of the most basic of human rights, the right to be absolutely secure in both your person and your property. In no manner is that article to be misconstructed for any reason and it is probably a fair assumption to predict that there are at least a thousand or more incidents per day in America of violations related to this article. A true "republic" working for the rights of the masses of people under its care and protection would be offering solutions and solving the every day unconstitutional abuses and intrusions into peoples lives that are currently happening under this article, but in a federalist state these are the types of abuse people can expect to receive, and you can bet that unless federalism is done away with the abuses and sufferings of the people will only increase.

If the 4th article is not allowed to be put to use as stated then it does not exist, because the Constitution and Bill of Rights are all or nothing unless correctly amended by the mass consent of the people. The 4th Article is under an attack that currently threatens to remove it as a viable means of defense against unconstitutional government intrusions into the lives of people. As a people it is our Constitutional and civic duty to protect and defend this article, and see to it that this article is not weakened any further, but instead strengthened and returned to its original intent. These are our basic human rights and "We the People" need to protect them as if they were our most precious possessions, because that is what they are.

Following Article IV is Article V of the Bill of Rights and this is also a very important article for preventing abuses to the people, but again this is an article that is under attack by the federalists and is also in jeopardy of disappearing.

Article V
"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation."

In 1998, individuals are compelled to give witness against himself or herself on a daily basis no matter what the suspected degree of criminal involvement is. The word criminal also applies to anything shameful or disgraceful, so this opens the field up to any number of unconstitutional violations that are imposed on the people daily.

Drug tests as a requirement for employment lacks any sort of "due process of law," and as a result continues to deny many Americans the right to gainful employment. Individuals are unconstitutionally made to give urine and/or hair samples for analysis without knowing what there actual rights are concerning Article V of the Bill of Rights. Drugs are a serious problem in our society, but a more serious problem is the continuing removal of the people's basic human rights by those select few in power.

There is no acceptable excuse government or business can give to misconstruct and/or circumvent the basic human rights found in Article V of the Bill of Rights, and before they can allow the administration of any drug test for employment they must be sure beyond a reasonable doubt that an individual is guilty of such an offense. So where is business or governments evidence and constitutional due process of law that allows them the right to openly test and intrude into the lives of all those who look for employment?

As a people we need to find better solutions for combating the problems related to drugs in our workplace, without the arbitrary intrusion into the lives of the people. Each time that government or business is allowed the right to invade the lives of people more basic human rights are lost. Where are the witnesses against those seeking employment that have to take drug tests and where is the "compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor?"

If a business wants to test someone for drugs without all due process being in place then let them obtain search warrants from the Courts to demand such tests be given. Without a properly executed search warrant businesses are guilty of violating the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 9th Articles of the Bill of Rights! As long as the Federal government allows this to continue they hold themselves and the business interests in this country above the Supreme Law of the land, the Constitution.

Rather than finding real and practical solutions to combating drugs, businesses and the Federal government is finding it easier to violate the constitutional rights of the people. When one stops and thinks about it, maybe business and government really doesn't want to find practical and real solutions to the drug problems, as drugs are a subtle method of mind control and that is what federalists want - the control of the people by any means possible. Often times those in power are those that allow harmful drugs to be brought into this country.

Get rid of federalism and those involved with it and it would probably be a good bet to say that drug problems would start to diminish. Give something to the people other than the despair in life that federalism creates for the masses of the people and there won't be a need for drugs, because people will be able to get high off of life itself. There is no greater high than that which the peace and tranquility of a life without federalist imposed slavery can bring about.

When the masses of people are allowed to be content and happy, and are included as part of the solution, rather then being part of the problem that federalism continues to create, then people will have no need to use drugs in their lives. That is a much simpler solution than the one the federalists presently offer and also is a much cheaper alternative in the long run. Give the masses of people the ability to be happy by virtue of their freedom, rather than the despair of servitude, and drugs will become merely a place in the history books.
