The pilot episode named after Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
A 7-foot-tall Klingon, Klaang, carrying vital information to his homeworld regarding the shape-shifting Sulibans, is shot down
over Oklahoma and
pursued through cornfields by evil Suliban agents. The Klingon manages to kill his pursuers but gets shot by
a farmer who (like all other humans of this era)
speaks no Klingonese.
Heavily injured whilst stopping the pair, Klaang is taken to Starfleet headquarters where Captain Jonathan Archer vows to return
him to the Klingon
Homeworld of Qo'nos, against the wishes of the Vulcans. Archer and a hastily pulled together crew head off in
the Enterprise.
While transporting the delirious Klingon home, the crew encounters more Suliban, who invade the ship and kidnap the Klingon.
As the crew search for their lost Klingon, Archer learns from a Suliban dissident, Sarin, that the Sulibans are trying to instigate a Klingon
civil war
at the bequest of FutureGuy. In return, FutureGuy is teaching the Suliban how to enhance their DNA and give themselves
superpowers.
Investigating some seedy underworld market place the Away Team encounters several different species and in a shoot out, Archer
is injured and T'Pol
takes command.
The Suliban "mothership" is found, demagnetized, and the Klingon recovered.
They live happily ever after...till the next adventure...
