• 1. No killing PC's, TNPC's or PNPC's without the consent of the GM and more importantly the writer of that character.
• 2. No super hero syndrom (SHS) This means if you are a medical officer, and we have a warp core breach you can not go to engineering and repair the problem. No being god like.
• 3. Please read all the posts especially the ones youare replying too. Nothing will confuse other players more than posts that contradict.
• 4. Please erase the entire post you are replying too unless you are using a portion of it in yours (i.e. direct orders given to you). There is no point in filling up our mailbox space with posts we have already read.
• 5. Do not start or change a mission or plot with out the consent of the GM or moderators. Also if the plot we are on is created by another player talk to the GM first and also talk to the person who created that plot. All plot or mission ideas should be emailed to the GM for approval.
• 6. Please stick to cannon facts regarding established Star Trek species (i.e. Klingon honor, Vulcan logic, Bajoran religion). This also goes for naming your character and how they should be addressed (i.e. a klingon would not be called Fu Fu, Vulcan male names usually begin with a S and Vulcan female names a T, Bajorans SHOULD be referred to in the traditional manor of last name first). I also ask that if your character is not human/betazoid (who have traditionally had human names) to please be original with the names get creative try not to give them a Terran name that you hear every day. A part of the game is to be creative so let your creativity shine in your names and character's profile. With Bajoran custom if you wish to be a terran name please make note of why your bajoran character is terran named.(i.e. a character is mixed blood and choose as an adult not to use Bajoran tradition)
• 7. This game is rated R so be aware and don't be one ot get easily offended.
• 8. Posting is required for the game plot/mission to move. I require that you post atleast once a week unless you are a department head (you have an asterik by your name on the home page). Department heads are required to post atleast twice a week.
• 9. We accept both script and novel style writing.
• 10. Marine characters are not permitted to join the simm.
