Sega tried to fight back against Nintendo and Sony with the launch of the Sega Dreamcast the successor to the Sega Saturn. Sega has stopped production of Dreamcasts as of March 2001 but they will still be supporting the machine with new titles until spring 2002. There is a hell of a lot fun still left in the machine yet.
The picture above shows a Japanese model, the ring worm esque spiral is orange for the far east and blue for the Europeans.
