Hi, on this page, are a few pics of some of the flwrs I've painted, mostly on clay pots. I use the One Stroke Painting Technique, developed by Donna Dewberry, she does it so well and makes it look so easy, but its not quite that easy, well for me. Most of the things I've painted on have been gifts to Family or Friends of Family. I'm still learning and practicing, so far I've only done the large rose, rose buds, a couple leaves, stems, some 5-6 petal flwrs and pansy buds this is because they are abit easier for me . So far the Iris has been VERY hard for me to do but I'll keep practicing, I hope you like them as much as I do, Thanks for stopping by.
This one above I painted for an Aunt of my Mums Friend, she loved it ^_^  I resized all these pics, they just arent that good, but oh well...
Again, jaggy pics : \  but this was the first glass item I painted on, it was heart-shaped dish and I sent it to one of my neices as a Christmas gift ^_^
k, this one is interesting, what I like to call "micro-painting", yes the xtra things are in the pic for a reason, perspective. That is a tiny paperclip, less than an inch long, so you can see the pot is not very wide and in the other pic, the lil knob, is the knob on my desk lamp, its bout jus over 1/2" tall, so again, the pot is not tall either. The brush tip I used to paint these flwrs is less than an 1/8 wide, check a ruler and you will see thats pretty small, especially when you have one color on one side of the tip and a diff color on the other side, I was so pleased the way this came out, its the first thing I've ever painted on such a small scale.
Heres another I recently painted, I think this one turned out very nice ^_^
I painted different flwrs, some hyacinth-like flwrs, garden roses and poppies
This is another gift I painted for my other Neice
