When playing Asus2 in the verses, hammer onto 'Am' (so just put
your finger down on the first fret of the B string mid-strum)
on the last two beats of the chord (which lasts for four beats).
In the "To the night another body ... " part, I'm pretty certain
someone's playing a 'D' in the bass when the 'C' chord is being
played. Even so, the chord to play *is* a 'C' and not a 'Csus2'.
