The symbol represents the universality of the Ephyscience message. In the white filed in circular form is inserted the Vitruvian Man, which symbolizes the totality of the students search for excellence toward scientific and technological knowledge, truth and obedience.
The rotating figure of man represents his being wholesome in all fields of endeavor and the loyalty of the students towards the success of the club.
The two pillars symbolize the strong and stable foundation of the Iloilo National High School - Special Science Class.
The flame which radiates from the man expresses the burning wisdom and knowledge, skills and talents of the students shared to others through the many projects and activities of the club.
The name Ephyscience indicates the authenticity of the Science Mother Club being the governing body of the Special Science Class Club.
The Special Science Class Science Mother Club written along the circular path signifies the governing board to which the Ephyscience is founded.
The circular form signifies unity and commitment among its members in attaining the mission and the vision of the club.

The logo brings a message that people around the world should be aware of what is happening around them. They need to improve the things that are needed to be improved and they should have a positive outlook towards the future. The eye represents the struggle of young minds like us to tell the world to aim for the best, not just to be content with what is existing, instead to let their imaginative minds wander through the realm of unexplained.

The logo shows two faces facing each other, one represents nature and the other represents technology. On their neck, is a chain connecting them that means when there is no nature, there is no technology. It also shows the mutual relationship between them. The two posts represents our school, as an instrument in shaping the students' mind about modern technology as well as nature to improve our quality of life.

The logo gives general ideas of global sustainability through technological advancement and industrial development supported by the concept of chemistry. The fire at the center represents the science-oriented youth. It is placed at the center to show that the change must begin within us. The molecules and chemical flasks represent the involvement of the concepts in chemistry in our goal of achieving sustainability and technological advancement. The linear figure shows the expansion of youth like us who are involved in science clubbing and can influence society. The atomic shell shows the unity of today's youth towards achieving such development.
