| Taleon Embasssy Zo'or anannounce to the world that they are going into death stasis. Suddenly, a half-man, half simbioant tries to kill Da'an. Liam attempts to disable the man but collapses amid visions of Ha'fel. Tina de May, a rookie companion portector shots the assailant. Hospital Dr. Curzon tells Liam that he has some unknown disease and that he should be quartined. Liam refuses - "I took an oath to protect Da'an" Taleon Mothership Da'an has been giving Zo'or daily alotments of core energy (Da'an received a millenium of energy when he attempted to join with Bulvak in The Summit). However, when Zo'or refuses to go into stasis Da'an reluctantly announces that Zo'or will receive no more core energy from him. "Then you will let me die" - Zo'or "It is your choice - you are out of time my child" The Taleons begin to enter the death stasis. Zo'or comes in with some storm troppers and attempts to arrest Da'an. Liam and Da'an escape. Taleon Embassy Liam collapses again. Hospital Dr. Curzon tells Liam he's dying. She tells him that his thirds strand of DNA is now become toxic. She asks the stasis protocols that Liam stole from the mothership. Dr. Curzon intents to use them on Liam when he comes closer to death. Unbeknown to all, Tina de May has planted a listening device and has recorded the entire conversation. Taleon Embassy Da'an tells Liam about his relationship with Zo'or. He is worried that Zo'or would rather die then enter stasis. At that moment, Tina de May rushes in and tells Da'an that Zo'or is going to attack the embassy. She offers to take Da'an to the roof where they will get a shuttle. Liam tells de May that it would be safer to take the portals. de May then challenges Liams authority and tells Da'an that Liam disobeyed him and stole the stasis protocols. Da'an is shocked at Liam's betrayal and imprisones him in an imbolizing filed while he escapes with de May to the roof. Renee then enter the embassy and frees Liam. On the roof, Sandoval and his men are waiting. Liam and Renee open fire but Sandvocal escapes via portal with Da'an. Liam walks towards de May. At that point, Tina de May suddenly disappears amid a glow of light. Liam collapses. t into stasis. He asks Renee to portal him out into space. Then he dies. The mothership Zo'or steals almost all of Da'an's energy leaving him with only enough to survive stasis. Renee is about to portal Liam into space when he awakens. Liam was not dead but between life and death. During this time he saw Ha'gel who told Liam that a kimera spirit embodied Tina de May and used her to push Liam over the edge of human despair. He told Liam that he is the agent of his own salvation and that the must teach this to others. Liam rushes to the mothership and revives the Taleons. He tells Da'an that they must save themselves. Suddenly Liam speaks in the ancient tounge of the Kimera. Da'an takes this as a sign that their salvation is near. Liam leaves and Da'an and the other Taleons share Zo'or's energy. The Hopsital Liam is given a clean bill of health |
