ER has some guidelines for establishments that you should follow. Unlike other sim games, in ER you don't have to wait for a month to open a stable. You may open up a stable as soon as your membership is confirmed(as long as it fits the guidelines). You may also open up any other kind of establishment right away(as long as it fits the guidelines). The following is a list of establishment guidelines. If you follow our rules/guidelines, it will really help your chances of getting your establishment approved. Any establishment that does not follow the rules/guidelines will not be approved. --you must buy land from the Real Estate Co. if you are building a stable
--text must be easy to read against the background
--no pages on expage
--pages must look realistic and professional
--try not to use colors that strain the eyes(lime, yellow, etc.)
--prices and information must be realistic(no 1000+ acre stables)
--must have a disclaimer and a link back to ER
--all establishments must be for ER and ER alone

Please do your best on establishment pages. If your establishment is not approved the first time, fix the things we suggested and send it in again. "Try, try, and try again 'til you can't try no more."
