Letterips from 2002 (third part):

I just wanted to say WOW! What a powerhouse of a show Friday 3/1! I was on the edge of my seat watching the confrontation between Stephanie and Eric and then Ridge, Amber, Rick, and Deacon.

I couldn't believe this episode. Poor Ridge! What kind of family is this? How insensitive is Eric? Even if he is not Ridge's biological father he still raised him and supposedly loves him. NO FATHER would treat his son like that and choose his ex-wife and her family over one who has put his father's interests above his own - UNBELIEVABLE - and his brother and sister turning on him in such a way. I hope Ridge and his family crush Forrester in the end.

Yeaaa! I've watched The Bold and the Beautiful since the first episode aired. Ridge getting voted out was priceless. He had it coming and so does Stephanie, the wench. She's always played favorites, of course, Ridge being the favored one. It's been sickening all these years to watch her favoritism toward Ridge. Anyway, I hope the company prospers and that Ridge and Stephanie, with her twisted sense of honor (honor that benefits her when she sees fit) get more of where that came from. Too bad Ridge's real colors have finally come out. I liked him when he used or appeared to be somewhat of a nice guy and as for Steph, she's been a hag since the beginning. Let's talk about deceit, kind of ironic how she preaches about it but it now looks like she's been living a whole life of it herself.

I am already letting my imagination run wild with the possible developments of the Eric/Ridge/Massimo storyline and who should control Forrester. Though I don't always like Stephanie's tactics for protecting her family and its business, she built that company and invested so much, it is only fair that Forrester regain control like the Abbotts finally did of Jabot.

I can't believe Rick! He's married with a kid any only recently started earning a living. He was sponging off Eric and Stephanie and then Brooke, and now thinks he is capable of running a company? I laughed when Ridge told him to go back to school! Good one, Ridge!

Please let Eric forgive Stephanie like she has always forgiven him. Maybe Massimo can help Ridge while helping Forrester Creations somehow and gain Eric's respect.

Let's see Stephanie have an affair with Massimo. It would be great to see a love affair between two mature adults - life does not stop at 40, does it? And since Eric has had several women besides Stephanie, it only seems fair. It would also create a great moral dilemma in her mind and she would have to back off Brooke for a change.

Eric and Stephanie built that business and there is no way Brooke, a 2nd wife, should have ended up owning the majority share of the company.

I've seen all episodes for 12 years, only 20 minutes every day. Then our TV stopped. Tomorrow another TV station will start again - ZDF with episode 2250. We are a lot behind but better later than never. I'm happy to see them all again: Eric, Stephanie, Brooke, Ridge, Thorne, Sally and all the others. Now I can see 551 episodes about 45 minutes Monday to Friday. My life is saved. Lovely greetings from Germany.

I just hope Brooke is the one who finds out about Stephanie's secret! Stephanie always acts like she is so much better than Brooke so I want her put in her place. Stephanie loves to tell Brooke what a terrible mother she is but is Stephanie really any better? Talk about playing favorites! I wonder if she even remembers her other kids' names!

Brooke and Stephanie are awesome. They both are very good. But please let Brooke and Ridge become friends again. I don't like that they are not getting along and please let Stephanie and Eric get back together. She does not belong with Massimo. There is more to him than meets the eye. Anyway, I don't trust him and he is not right for Stephanie. Ridge should know the truth about Mass being his father but he should not be with Stephanie. She belongs with Eric even though he's done some things. There is such a thing as forgiveness.

After taping Brooke and Eric's wedding that happened back in 1991 I watched it a million times!! Why couldn't the writers let them remain married? After all, they are the parents of two children! The two of them looked radiant together when they went off on their honeymoon in a hot air balloon! I just loved the two of them together!!

Eric, off with the gloves. It's time to fight dirty here, like Massimo has. He was the one who caused this situation. Fight for your wife and your family like you never have before. Massimo could easily be the biggest problem you have faced in your life. I hope you realize it and prepare for a fight that could cause heartache, yes. But in the long run bring you the happiness you and Stephanie deserve. Go Eric! Congratulations to Susan Flannery to her Emmy nomination! Third in a row! I hope she wins. She deserves to do so.

I want to thank you for Mondayīs episode (11th of March). It was such a wonderful episode with Ericīs walk down the memory lane. Thanks for reminding me again just why I love and adore Eric and Stephanie! The whole show with them was so touching. It comes in generations. Mom and grandma also love them. We all adore Susan Flannery and John McCook. Hand them each an Emmy, because no one moves me like they can. We sometimes watch the show together and we are thrilled about B&B since everyone of every age can watch it. There is something for everybody. This is why B&B is #1 in the world. It truly is. Thank you!

The storyline for Stephanie, Eric and Mass: It is not very often that older characters get such juicy roles. Keep up the good work.

Please bring back Lauren Fenmore! Eric needs to forget about that old lying manipulating hag and move on with someone who really loves and appreciates him - LAUREN! Tracey Bregman is a great actress and she had great chemistry with John McCook! Reunite these two lovers now that Stephanie is not in the way. Nobody will get hurt, everybody will be happy.

Love the show. I have been watching since 16, and I am 22 now. Usually males don't get into the stories but your show is breathtaking. I would love to see Stephanie and Ridge, head of Forrester. Brooke needs to step down, and return to the arms of her secret lover Deacon. Stephanie keeps me watching. She is a great character.

This week was great!! We feel sorry for Ridge because Eric didn't support him. We are proud of Ridge because he said his thanks and good-bye's to his Dad and started off on another journey in life. Stephanie looked beautiful in that particular color of blue! I'm excited about Steph and Mass. This should be romantic!

Bravo, bravo to Susan and John! The scenes depicting the demise of Stephanie and Eric were some of the best acting I've ever seen on B&B! These two are pros and it is obvious they care deeply for one another and these characters, they just gave so much. Such emotion, happy memories mixed with sadness, disappointment, disbelief, finality. It was gut-wrenching! I haven't bawled that hard since the stillbirth of the real Little Eric. I really felt so sorry for Eric being abandoned by his love and his son and not really knowing why or how it all happened. He was just trying to take care of all six of his children and protect everyone's interests. Poor Eric! But that being said, I am so excited to see where things go with Stephanie and Mass. It's so nice to see an older romance on the show, and with Ridge learning his true paternity...well it's just going to be so much fun to watch all this! Great, great writing and acting, everyone. Keep up the great work! I'm glued to the set at lunchtime!

Your writing and the new storylines have been riveting! Please don't let the Forresters accept Brooke's decision to hire Rick and Deacon. Let them have some backbone and fight back! Ridge, Thorne, Eric and Stephanie should resign and look to start over with a new company. It could be Brooke's bedroom and Amber's teen line against the Forresters. Keep up the great writing!

I loved the episode with Massimo and "Mustang Sally." My husband, who protests that he can't stand soaps could not take his eyes off of that episode! We rewound over and over, and laughed our heads off. It was great. I also love seeing Stephanie be the object of Massimo's desire. Eric could use a little competition. He's been too sure of himself for too long, and taking Stephanie for granted. I like to see how passionate Mass is about his lady Steph and I love seeing Sally gloating about MoJo being at her place. Keep up the great work. What a great escape from a day of work. Thanks!

Anyone can suggest all they want to about who Brooke should be with. My vote goes for "Brooke and Eric." Their love story was wonderful until Stephanie sent the falsified letter to Brooke supposedly from Eric saying he really loved Stephanie. Can you forget the wonderful honeymoon they had? The balloon ride and then the tent in the desert. Their chemistry was great. I've always thought Ridge was a wimp!! He and Taylor are great together. If you won't put Brooke and Eric back together, then at least put her back with Thorne - my 2nd choice for her. Never Deacon!! He belongs with that disgusting tramp Amber.

Let's milk this for all it's worth!!! Sally knows that Mass is Ridge's father and she's dying to "bring down the house of Forrester" and get even with Stephanie for all the years of snubbing her. What better way for her to get to Stephanie than for her to let Stephanie know that she knows about it and that she's going to blow the whistle one of these days. She can hold this over Stephanie's head for awhile and just watch her squirm. Sally should drop little hints each and every time she sees any of them together. What better way to watch Stephanie come unglued!

I have been watching this show for years and Stephanie has always been on a moral high horse. I think it's about time she gets knocked down to earth and Sally's just the one to do just that!

Say it isn't so regarding Ridge's paternity! I agree with the viewer who said the show wouldn't feel right anymore. Ridge Forrester is who he is. Please don't change him into Ridge Marone. He loves and looks up to Eric. Don't mess all that up now. I really like Massimo on the show, but not as Ridge's surprise father.

Ridge and Taylor had finally received their rightful place as King and Queen, like Eric and Stephanie (John and Susan) are also brilliant!

I believe Ridge has a legitimate gripe about his future at Forrester. I don't think his future is secure at all if things are left as Eric wants to leave them. I find it just a little hard to believe Eric isn't aware of the implications of his decision. He has had to live the very situation Ridge is talking about in his dealings with Brooke. Aside from the fact that she is CEO, with controlling interest of the company, Brooke has last say in any decisions concerning the business. This has frustrated Eric many times in the past, but now he thinks it will be OK for Ridge to put up with the same treatment. With only 9.8% of the company, he will have very little input concerning the growth and direction of the business. Rick and Bridget will be in control. I can see how Massimo would think Eric is a very poor businessman. Even the other children should know the business will be in jeopardy if one of them is not left with controlling interest. I hope Eric reconsiders, for the sake of the business, and for the sake of family. I would hate to see Ridge out of the business, but perhaps it is time for him to leave Forrester. I think he could do very well on his own and it do him good to be out from under Brooke and Eric. Massimo could even help Ridge financially to get started in his own business.

As for Stephanie she needs to mind her own business. Who is she to talk when she doesn't know if Ridge is Eric's kid. And she is as much at fault as Brooke is.

I think that Sally and Stephanie should become friends and blow Brooke's ship out of the water. Eric needs to move on and let Stephanie be with Mass. She just doesn't love him anymore.

I hope that Stephanie and Sally will work together and bring Brooke down. I loved the way they reminisced about Macy.

As for Ridge's mother, she has no room to talk. She and Massimo are an item and Ridge is his child. So what is she complaining about Brooke for? She has yet to tell Eric that Ridge is not his son and that she and Massimo were a thing like Brooke and Deacon.

I hate Stephanie. She is so determined to hate Brooke and to destroy her reputation. It just makes me sick! Stephanie uses Brooke to blame and hold her responsible for all her problems when the reality is that Brooke has something that Stephanie doesn't have. Brooke is gorgeous, sexy, smart, attractive and she turns men on without having to make any efforts. Stephanie doesn't have that kind of power and she resents Brooke for it. Brooke is wonderful and Stephanie should face up to that reality. Stephanie needs to be put in her place. Let Brooke find out about her secret and reveal to the world that precious Stephanie is not so perfect after all.

I just loved the moment Sally and Stephanie shared. Sally was right about Brooke being a barracuda and needing to be with another barracuda which is exactly what Deacon is. I love a good scandal just like the next girl but jeez! Brooke only wants and falls in love with men who are married and now her own daughter's husband? I can't wait for Brooke to get hers and will be watching for it. I have never been more glued to my TV. B&B is the BOMB!

Stephanie one Friday telling Eric off - powerful. The best I've ever seen. Watched it over and over. Felt I was right in there with her. The choice of words could not have been better or more profound. Great performance. Can't say enough good things about her acting. Hope she wins.

I am absolutely loving Sally and Stephanie. I don't really care for Sally, but I HATE Stephanie. To see her brought to her knees is just hilarious! It's so about time that Sally got revenge for all the hurt Stephanie has caused her. It's so overdue.

I loved Sally's idea of Stephanie as a maid! It was very amusing. Stephanie would really do ANYTHING to keep her secret! Even something like cleaning Sally's toilets. I feel so sorry for Stephanie. She's trapped. I think she should realize that Eric and Ridge will forgive her if she tells the truth. Ridge is a grown man and her night with Massimo was BEFORE she even hooked up with Eric. He couldnīt possibly be mad at her for that. If he will be mad, it will be because she lied about it when she did find out. So if I were Stephanie, I would tell him. I would never degrade myself to someone like Sally! When Eric and Massimo find out what Sally made Stephanie do, they will be upset with Sally - not Stephanie for keeping a secret.
