Tracy Lindsey Melchior on Susan Flannery & John McCook

Tracy on who she likes working with:
“When I'm working with Susan [Flannery, Stephanie], she doesn't like to goof off," Melchior tells Soap Opera Digest. "She's not rude or unfriendly in any way, but she's a professional. She's very serious about her job and she calls you little pet names like, `Sweetheart.'”

Q: “What is it like to work with your on-screen mother, Susan Flannery (Stephanie)”?
Tracy: “I love working with Susan. It’s just like working with a good tennis player; you’re going to play better tennis. You have that actor’s leap of faith with her and you are not afraid to really get out there because whatever you do, she’ll catch you. The other thing is that she’s quick. She comes, she’s prepared and she knows her stuff. I had scenes with her this morning. I started at noon, I had two scenes and I was done by 12:20. Twenty minutes! She doesn’t mess around”.
