Connor and Brooke set up a meeting with the Forresters and their new lawyer, Elliott Parker. Elliott advised Eric to offer Brooke 10 million dollars for the patent. Meanwhile, Ridge and Brooke got into a fight where Ridge wondered if Stephanie had been right about Brooke all along. Brooke was furious and left the office. Stephanie caught up with Brooke and asked to talk to her. Stephanie offered Brooke all her stocks in Forrester Creations if Brooke signed over the patent. Brooke enjoyed seeing Stephanie throw herself to the wolves but was suspicious of her motives. Stephanie didn´t have any. She knew Brooke wanted revenge on her, not Eric or Ridge. And if Brooke did anything to hurt them, she would also hurt her children in the process as it would destroy their relationship with their fathers. Brooke thought about Stephanie´s offer as they went into Eric´s office. Eric asked Sheila to leave the office, but Brooke requested she´d stay, to Stephanie´s dismay. Brooke told them about Stephanie´s offer but Thorne didn´t want his mother to sell herself out. Brooke said she had decided not to take Stephanie´s offer – she had another plan…
The meeting began and Brooke asked Sheila to read her demands of signing over BeLieF to Forrester. Sheila started reading the document in which Brooke demanded an office of her choice, an expense account, a full-time driver… Sheila finished reading and Eric said they agreed to those terms. But there was another demand on the last page; 51% of the stock in Forrester creations… They got furious and Eric ordered Brooke out of his building, saying he didn´t know who she was anymore. Brooke and Connor left. There was no chance in hell Eric was signing over 51% to Brooke.
But he had to. If not, Forrester would go under since all their clothes were BeLieF treated and Brooke would sue. That would mean their collections couldn´t be distributed and they would go bankrupts. They had no other choice but to sign over 51% to Brooke.
But that wasn´t all Brooke demanded. She was now looking for an office. And she set her eyes on a taken office – Stephanie´s. Stephanie was furious with Brooke, but had to go along with it and moved into a less glamorous office down the hall.
Brooke also started making demands that Forrester would change their image. Eric was furious with her. But Ridge went along with her ideas.
