What is lobbying?

Organized work aimed to persuade, to convince firstly the decision makers, but not for the last place the public opinion, in order to do or not to do something for a given objective.   Thus, we mainly ask and do not give or we give, but rather indirectly, intermediately to the community we are working for.

GOALS:

To work in the interests of the Transylvanians in Hungary, Romania, Western-Europe, America, and the entire world. I think, it is needless to say, that regardless of religion, ideology, gender, etc. The present goal of the Transylvanian Lobby is to gain administrative and economic autonomy for Transylvania, within the constitutional frame of the Romanian state. When we have already reached this objective, we will fight on for the interests of the autonomous Transylvania.

The oficial language of the list is the Hungarian, but members can post in any other local or international language.

I expect only civilized postings, with respect for each other. Of course, this does not exclude the strong language, the high-spirited plain-speaking.
