Pepper Crusted Steak

Ingredients (for 4 servings) :

1 lb flank steak

2 Tbs. black pepper, coarsely ground

1 tsp. seasoned salt

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 Tbs. fresh parsley, finely minced

non-fat cooking spray

Procedures :

1. Coat a grill with cooking spray and preheat the grill (can use a Herman Grill).

> Seasoning the steak:

2. Remove any visible fat from the steak.

3. Combine the pepper, salt, garlic powder and parsley and press firmly into all sides of the steak.

> Grilling:

4. Grill the steak for 7-8 min, for medium-rare.

5. To serve, slice thinly across the grain.

Good to serve with French fries, sliced tomatoes, and/or baked potatoes.
