workstations
Manage monthly Siebel (E-Business) client upgrades throughout all Horizon
BCBSNJ locations
Coordinate with Technical Team to notify Helpdesk & user community prior
to mass file distribution
Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts configuring users in the
Siebel database
Provide Desktop Support for Siebel Senior Business Analysts &
