Marcos Ochoa, 20, of the 300 block of Del Norte Street was arrested after a Sunday robbery, Stockton police said. About 11 p.m., two 26-year-old men were robbed at their house in the 1700 block of Harbor Avenue. Four men took wallets, cell phones and keys after forcing them on the floor. One of the robbers was armed with a shotgun and another had a handgun. One of the victims had his car taken. About 18 minutes after the robbery, the vehicle was found at Garfield and Hazelton avenues. The men had fled. A police dog was unleashed, but a passer-by ran into its path and was bitten on the left arm. Ochoa was found in the 500 block of South Pershing Avenue and a wallet, keys, and some money were recovered. The three other men got away.
