A Jacksonville teen is planning to sue the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office after he said he was attacked and dragged to the ground by a police dog.
Amos Reed, 17, said he still has scratches and scars from the incident. He claims he was walking home from church and doing nothing wrong when police used the dog to arrest him last May. But police said he attacked an officer after they tried to ask him questions. Charges against Reed were later dropped in juvenile court.
Reed said his photos prove the extent of his injuries.
There is no word on when the case will go before a judge.
