Police Present Report

    At 5 p.m. today, Miami's Civilian Investigative Panel will hear Police Chief John Timoney present the police department's ''after-action'' report on how the department handled protests at the Free Trade Area of the Americas summit in November. The meeting will be at the City Commission chamber, Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Dr. Miami TV-Channel 9, the city's government access channel, will broadcast the presentation live.
