POSSESSIVE NOUNS

Possessive nouns are formed by adding an apostrophe (') and an "s" to a noun.  For plural nouns which end in "s", just add an apostrophe.

Examples:            the name of the boy        --->   the boy's name

the legs of the chair      --->   the chair's legs

the rights of the workers  --->   the workers' rights

the leader of the people   --->   the people's leader

Exercise:  Replace the underlined phrases with a possessive form using 's or s'.
