- President: Robert Rabinovitch, CEO of the CBC and former Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Claridge Inc., a Bronfman family holding company.
- Chancellor: Dick Pound, vice president of the scandal-ridden International Olypmic Committee. (Jan. 2005: Pound is impicated in yet another wave of corruption allegations. See: Pound defends spending).

- Tullio Cedraschi, President and Chief Executive Officer of CN Investment Division.
- John Cleghorn, former CEO of the Royal Bank, currently director and chairman of the board at SNC-Lavalin Group (Canada's number one munitions manufacturer and a major supplier of bullets to the U.S. military), director at Canadian Pacific Railway, Finning International, Molson, and Nortel Networks. He is also Chancellor of Wilfrid Laurier University and Chairman of the McGill Fund Council (which solicits and coordinates mega-donations from 'philanthropic' sources).
- Marie Giguère, senior vice-president, chief legal officer and secretary at Molson Inc.
- Brian Levitt, former President and CEO of Imasco (formerly called Imperial Tobacco of Canada); President of Domtar Inc.; Director of Alcan Inc., Bell Canada, Bell Globemedia, Groupe Cossette Communication Inc., Télésat; Canada Trust, Moore Corporation Ltd., and the C.D. Howe Institute
- Michael Meighen, chairman and director of the T. R. Meighen Family Foundation (the Meighen fund derives from the fortune of Robert Meighen, director of CP and a vast array of other business interests); serves on the Senate Standing Committee of National Security and Defence; chairman of the Board of Governors of Cundill Funds, director of Sentry Select Capital Corp, director of Paribas Participations Limited; former director of Deutsche Bank Canada and A.M.J. Campbell Inc.
- Jan Peeters, chairman, president and CEO of Olameter, Inc (metering company); director at Intersil Corp. (a California-based semiconductor manufacturer which supplies the U.S. military among others); President of Cogeco Cable; President of MSBi Capital (a capital investment group which works to commercialize technological innovations -- especially ones related to biotech, pharmacology, and communications -- developed by McGill, U. of Sherbrooke, and Bishop's students); previously spent 13 years with the SNC-Lavlin Group (Canada's number one munitions manufacturer and a major supplier of bullets to the U.S. military)
- Adrien Pouliot, chairman of the Board of Montreal Institute of Economics and is on the board of directors of CFCF Inc
- Jeremy Reitman, president and chief executive officer of Reitmans (Canada) Limited and has been on the board of directors of the Bank of Montreal since 1987
- Harriet Stairs, executive vice-president of Human Resources at the Bank of Montreal.
- Lorne Trottier, founder and CEO of Matrox Graphics
- Jean de Grandpré, Founding Director and Chairman Emeritus of BCE Inc., Chairman of Theratechnologies Inc. and Member of the Board of Metro One Telecommunications Inc. and of CANVAC. Formerly a director of Chrysler Canada, Northern Telecom, and Textron Canada (military helicopters).
- Ian Soutar, Director of Pembroke Management Ltd. and Vice-President of MSBi Capital
