Pick out one of the presents above and CC&P the URL.
I used this gif to make the present. I suggest you use this one on your first try since that is the one I show on here.

Take your present to Gif Works. Click on Gif Works and follow the directions where it says "How To Get Started". To enter you URL in the URL box make sure you erase the http:// before you put the URL in the box.
1. When your gif is in Gif Works then click at the top on Edit.
2. Then click on Transparify and click on the gif. point the arrow on the white part of the gif and click.
3. When that is done click on File and in that pull down menu click on save.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the blue page and click under where it says Web Tv Users. Click on GO TO on your key board and click Show Current. Then put your cursor in the box. Click on Cmd + A at the same time and then Cmd + C at the same time to get the URL of the image.
When you are done at Gif Works your image should look like this if you used the same image I did. If you didn't use the same one then it will still be transparified like this one.
5. Now you need to transload the image URL so you can use it later. You need a web account with a server to do this. If you do not have an account with something like Angelfire or Geocities then you will have to put it in your scrapbook.
6. If you don't know how to transload then look HERE at this tutorial.
8. Or if you have MSN Tv/Web Tv and do not have a server then use the Web Scissors. It will add your image directly into your scrapbook.
9. Next Get the URL of this Background and paste it into your find. Just click Find enter the URL and hit Find again.
10 Now get the URL of the original present you used above and take it to Image Magic that is down below. Enter the URL and click on Submit.
11. Now that you are in Image Magic click on Composite.
12 When you are in composite click on your Find button on your Keyboard and get the URL from there.
13. Now erase the http:// in the URL box and put in that confettibg.gif URL into that box.
14. Scroll down in the composite page until you see a pull down button that says OVER. Click on that and when the pull down menu opens click on IN. Then click on the little box below that. Now click on composite.
15. If it does not work then try later. Some times Image Magic does not work right.
16. Now click on Outpost at the top left button of the page.
17. Then click on gif in the drop down menu if it is not already checked. Then click on clipboard and then Outpost.
18. Now the image will look smaller but it isn't. click on it and get the URL. Now Transload it to your files or Upload to your scrapbook.
This is what the Image should look like after taking the image to Image Magic. It doesn't look like much now, but trust me. It will work.
19. After you have transloaded that image you just did, CC&P the URL of the Background below. Erase what is in your Find and put the URL into the find.
20. Now go get the URL for the transparified present in your files and take it to Image Magic.
21. At Image Magic click on composite like before and put the URL in the URL box after eraseing the http://.
22. Scroll down to the OVER button and click on it. click on IN and the box below it. Click on composite.
23. Now click on Outpost then, gif, then clipboard and Outpost.
24. click on the image and transload or upload it.
This is what the Image should look like.
25. Now get the URL for the present you just finsihed and put it in the Find. Now get the URL of the confetti coverd present and take it to Image Magic.
26. When in Image Magic go to composite. Now get the url of the image in Find and put it in the URL box. Make sure that this time the OVER is still on OVER and the little box is NOT clicked. Now click on composite.
27. Go to Output and click on gif, clipboard, and outpost.
28. Now just click on the finished present and transload or upload it to your server or scrapbook.
This is what the finshed Present will look like when you are done.
You can use any gif backgrounds you want to do the same thing. They must be a TRUE gif to resize it at Gif Works. If they are not true gifs then when you take it to gif works it will not work.
