Menu and toolbar

 
Menu and toolbar contain standard functions; They are "New", "Open", "Save" , "Save as", "Print", "Exit". On the toolbar, you may select any food group and then foods load on foodtable.And Exercise tab gets you "Exercise" section in "Help". Also "List" tab shows your diet as text format.You may save your diet both visual (*.dyt) and (*.text)  format.  

Beginning

 
In "Your Information" frame you may enter your height , weight and gender, Also select your dropping rate. You'll see the BMI value, ideal weight, and dropping period in months at "Status" frame. Your diets calorie amount is shown at "Your diet must contain" section. If you would take any food,  calories accumulate at "You have got.."section  

Preparing Diet

 
While preparing diet, you must take foods from foodtable and drag to Meal trays .Your diet will contain several food groups .So you  will load foods on roundtable. Some groups have a lot of food, you may turn the table for see other foods with right-left arrows.   You select foods from food groups and get them.when your calories qouta filled your diet is made. If you  decide some foods must removed any tray you may double click on that food. Mini calorie label appears bottom of the trays, if any food dropped any tray. These are only three for the main meals. These procedures are easy and funny.  

Nutrimeter

 
 The nutrimeter calculates your foods nutriment percentage. At the end of  diet you may see your diet's status on nutrimeter. Look  "Ideal diet" at help.  

List

 
In the "List" section; you may see your dietlist in text form, if you want to print your list or save in text format  you may do. You also save your diet same as you prepared (visual form) via "Save diet" menu. Or open any diet with "Open" menu.
