| My involvement here on RWO...
... is going to have to be less
in 2006 than it has been in previous years. I'm working with a
couple of people from Bigfooty on a new project that I'm going
to be in charge of, and it's going to take the vast majority
of my internet time. It's going to be closer to my
intellectual (and hopefully one day professional) interests...
so it's exciting in that regard.
I'd like to pass the
TLM off - if there's anyone here that wants to do it, they get
first call, then the non-mods on RWO Staff, then somebody new
if noone else is interested. It's been fun, but there's not a
lot about it that's new and interesting any more. The one
thing I want to be guaranteed is that the name isn't
changed.
As for moderating, I'd like to reduce my role,
but I'm open to continuing to some extent. I'm happy enough to
continue editing/deleting if I see something, but the truth is
I don't see a lot of threads now, and I'll see even less once
my new site starts up. Perhaps the best way to do this is to
remove my name from the RWO Chat and CA boards. If I'm not
officially a mod on any one board, I'll be able to just go
about doing the job quietly to the extent that my time
allows.
Articles... well, I do very few of them these
days as it is. I'll probably get bored enough after the draft
to repeat my player review that I did last year. That's likely
to be it.
