You said someone in the ER may die. Who is it?
It's not Elizabeth, is it?
No, but it is someone close to Mark. It's his daughter,
Rachel, and from the sound of the scene I read, she's not long for this
world. Elizabeth brings her in unconscious, and the staff works to
revive her as Mark stands by, stunned, completely helpless.

Wanda from E! Online: The producers changed plots and instead
of Rachel overdosing, Ella gets into Rachel's ecstasy stash and ingests
some. She becomes very ill but doesn't die.
