Great Prior's Tower

The most important festivities which are held in Alcázar de San Juan during the year are the following:

  • Easter processions.
  • Saint Isidro Pilgrimage and Regional Costume Festival (May 15th).
  • Moors and Christians Festivities, on Saint John's Day (June 24th).
  • International Folklore Festival (second fortnight of July).
  • Fair and Festivities (first week of September).
  • Grape Harvest Celebrations (first week of October).
  • Carnival, the last one of the region (December 25th-28th). Declared of Regional Touristic Interest.
