Bizcochá

[pronounced: bees-koh-cha]

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 4 Alcázar cakes.
  • 500 cubic centimetres of milk (two glasses).
  • Raw cinnamon.
  • Lemon rind.
  • Sugar.

Preparation:

  • Pour the milk into a pan with the cinnamon, the sugar and the lemon rind, and put it on the stove. When the milk is boiling, move away the pan and let the milk cool down.
  • An Alcázar cake is placed on a plate, one for each person. Soak the cakes with the milk.
  • Keep the bizcochás at least for an hour in the fridge and serve as a dessert.
