The Center of Studies, Promotion, Development and Investigation by the Peace - CEPA (Center by the Peace & Resolution of Conflicts) in its form shortened - is a dependent agency of the Foundation Cives, created to instance of the same one and with date 30 of September of 2001.
The respective Center is destined mainly to try the harmonic contact among the human beings and the stillness of the States, over the combats, scrambling and defending the principles and basic values of the humanism, after the progress and development of the humanity, with an end net of respect and equality toward the neighbor, the attitude of solidarity and the associate cultural growth of the persons.
With the noble purpose to promote the dialogue, the reciprocal cooperation, the unit and to fortify the outstanding bonds among the parts, the peaceful solution of any type of controversy and of all those end that be consequent with the progress and human development tending toward consolidating the world peace, awaking the interest of the States to collaborate among itself by means of the implementation or establishment of programs and plans ofit helps and promotion agree with a purpose privately of respect and applicable, social equilibrium in all the areas that result in the own benefit of the members of its community and being done extensive to all the towns of the world, without distinctions of no species, guaranteeing the human dignity, common good, the social justice, the liberty, equality, solidarity, the full exercise of the rights and the attitude of plurality and participation, it supported in an active role that promote and guarantee in a tangible way the defense and protection of the interests citizens, that constitute the base and foundation for the sensitive generation of politics to the human values.
This Company has an international reach and to be able to watch, to overturn and collaborate through the contribute of all their knowledge and experiences obtained in an extensive spectrum and especially in the area of the investigation, or likewise assuming one more role protagonist, will seek to arrange covenants with other Institutions, public or private, of national or international level, that they pursue identical objectives and to the end of coordinating plans, programs and of joint action to generate a public conscience upon the need to achieve the world peace of integration for the joint growth and solidario that re-establish the patrimony of the humanity and to be able to fight against the large wrongs that flagellate: hunger, poverty and illness; after trying to eliminate this existing gap that limits the communication and the moral elevation of the individuals.
