The concept of "peace" in our days has acquired a significant, prominent and doubtless meaning and importance; awaking the interest of the humanity, converging in its distinct forms of unit, toward the respect of the neighbor.
In every community or society, the life in relation implies the fact to know to cultivate a good deal with ours similar in order to not falling in aspects of sorrow of our kind, promoting an educational culture based on the dialogue, the consensus, the tolerance, the equality, the solidarity and the respect, to provoke a constructive growth that redunde in the collective and individual benefit, and consequently in the growth ofAll the towns of the world toward a lasting and prosperous objective.
The resultant adverse and harmful effects of the conflicts among nations, with the consequent human loss of lives, also leave us a teaching: To weigh of the pain suffered, the comprehension, respect and dignificación of the man are indispensable tasks and important.

The interest of the man by the man" leaving sideways the own individualism and working for and for the community and the own society that integrates it, is raised like a distinctive seal of our times, constituting the unbreakable vocation and hope of serving to the interests of all the humanity, in its aspect dimensional material and moral.
The human dignity is forged giving him an intrinsic value to the man, by the alone fact of being man, independently of its origin, race, religion, social position, wealth and to be able, reaching in this manner its maximum expression founded in the social solidarity.
For all it, the defense and protection of the Natural Rights of the Man is supported in fundamental principles that do to the equal processing among our brothers, of an attitude agree that guarantee the future relations and by means of the joint job, that assents in the commitment to elevate our moral conscience in its more extensive sense, for the own benefit and consequently of the future generations.
