Progress and development

 

The social needs require, on the part of the state, the necessary adaptation and acceptance of their norms through the implementation of a system that take the individual in their aspect vivencial and they are transferred to the group as social entity.

 

The culture and education should be given for the state to assure an adequate equilibrium of opportunities and to permit the attainment of the social group toward end that enable their elevation or material and moral ascent.

 

The progress and development of a nation goes of the hand with the growth of its town.

 

The progress and human development constitutes the form of growth of a nation.

 

The state is a great family through which the unit of its town is consolidated, and the family, as logical unit, constitutes the nucleus of where emerge the solidarity; in both is taught and culture gives himself and education, fortifying the bonds that tend to be perpetuated for its moral consecration. The necessary survival of the group does not escape from the public work to dignify to the man in the exercise or fulfillment of any activity, position or profession.

 

The progress and human development should be understood in its aspect of grater amplitude, that store to dignify the man as person and by means of its associate common insertion, re-establishing its condition and quality of such with the purpose of trying improvements in its quality of life and in relation.
