Our restaurant offers a taste of traditional aragonese cooking, prepared in the time-honoured way.
The following dishes deserve special mention: chick-peas in almond sauce, green beans with cod, shepherd-style breadcrumbs, game meat dishes, deer and wild boar pâté, oven-roasted kid goat and home made desserts etc..
