JV International wide Hotels their portfolio of hotels in Brazil, when opening the Cosmoworth Hotel in Sao Paulo, of 148 rooms, under a franchisee agreement with the owners of the hotel. The hotel is managed by RJ Hotels & Resorts, and offers a special rate of launching of 80 USD per night with breakfast.
The opening of the hotel was due to the great demand that it exists by the business travelers that travel to Sao Paulo, main exporter pole of Brazil . It is foreseen a percentage of occupation of 79% on the average, overcoming the average of the other hotels in Brazil.
