Artist's Note: I cannot say I approve of this little "funny" I did back in January 1999. I think it is horribly composed and dreadfully busy-looking, and the way I drew Basil was downright BAD! Nonetheless, I still get a chuckle out of it, imagining Basil coughing out bubbles because of a certain cleaning-machine. Yet I highly doubt Mrs. Judson would do that. It's just something funny, that is all.
The original drawing is of ebony and coloured pencils. So after a year of smuthering between papers, it is ruined. Luckly I scanned it before the damage was done. I hope the caption is readable enough...
