Position: ESL Instructor

Job Summary: Part-time instruction of adult refugees and/or immigrants in ESL that focuses on basic survival skills, employment, GED and/or literacy. Prepare lessons and maintain class records. Attend staff meetings. Mornings or evenings, teach in Tarrant County.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in education, reading or ESL preferred; authorized to work in the US; speak English fluently; works well independently or as part of a team; reliable transportation; ability to write lesson plans and supervise volunteers; experience dealing with persons from various cultures; prior teaching/tutoring in ESL preferred.
Salary: Start $16/hour
