Have you heard of Taejon, Korea? Taejon is located in 2hours from Seoul, Korea. It is pretty nice to live on, such as fresh air, kind people, well-organized street and resident area in safe. There are Walmart, Carfour(French wholesale store), Costco in a short distance as well.

SLP(Sogang Language Program) is one of 17language institutes affiliated with Sogang University, a highly reputable university in Seoul. The program at SLP has been set up to make English learning fun for children. Students learn in all four language skills(Readking, Writing, Speaking and Listening) through a variety of activities. The program itself uses a curriculum developed by Sogang University (the only program developed by and connected to a university in Seoul, Korea).

Above all,I am very rpoud of this point that we have 15 native speakers and 9 out of 15 native speakers renewed their contracts 3-4 times. We offer the fairness, warmness, honest and enjoyable atmosphere. We spend time together to learn Korean or travelling. They are just like family.

We also use use and encourage the use of lessons and activities developed by the teachers themselves. Our faculty room has a large selection of EFL/ESL resource books and games for teachers to use. In addition, SLP updates its educational resources on a continual basis and the faculty room is equipped with four computers, a color printer, laminator, photocopiers and other materials to enable teachers to use their own creative skills towards the level! Students range from preschool to middle school. Classes are three days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri classes and Tues, Thurs classes) and are 80 minutes long.

Qualifications:

*Native English speaker *BA/BS degree or higher *Early childhoood, Primary or Secondary Teaching Credentials preferred *Teaching experience preferred *Enthusiasm about teaching and working with children (A Prerequisite)

Working Conditions: *Monday-Friday: Kindergarten 9:40-11:00 (break) 11:00_11:20

11:20-12:40 (lunch) 12:40_01:30

Elementary 3:00-4:20 (Break) 4:30-5:50

*Saturday(at the moment we don't have classes on Saturday for native teachers but we honestly want some teachers who would like to work on saturdays. (but it's negotiable-there'll an extra charge for that)

11:00-12:20 1:30- 2:50

Salary and Benefits: *Monthly salary is contingent upon qualifications and experience; 1.5 million (24hours/week) 1.8 million (28hours/week) 2.0 millions(30hours/week)

*Approximately 2 weeks vacation (Summer and Winter) in addition to all national holidays *Working Visa Provided *Medical Insurance (Co-pay, School and teacher pay, Option) *Furnished housing (walking distance from the Institute) such as TV, Refrigerator, Stove, Washer, Closet, Table, chairs,Bed, Kitchen Utilities, Bedroom set, Sofa, Telephone in a prettty safe and clean resident area.

*2Bedroom Apt for couples *Round trip airfare if hired outside the Republic of South Kroea *Severance Pay (equivalent to monthly salary) upon completion of a one-year contract
