The Bell Educational Trust in Thailand has vacancies in July and August 2000 for enthusiastic, dynamic and dedicated EFL teachers of young learners at Bell Associate Schools in Bangkok, Sriracha and Thonburi (western Bangkok). These posts involve up to 20 hours of classroom teaching to Thai secondary students (age 11-17), together with some teaching of primary students. There are also opportunities for teacher training and development for Thai teachers. We are also taking applications now for posts at all five Bell Associate Schools in Thailand becoming vacant from September and October 2000.
The requirements are:- * degree + UCLES / RSA CTEFLA [DTEFLA] (or equivalent) * experience of teaching English to young learners * enthusiasm and a desire to join in fully the life of the school (e.g. sports days, school functions and events).
You can expect:- * two-year (24-month) renewable contract * up to 20 contact teaching hours per week * gross salary of between 34,100 and 48,290 Thai Baht per month, dependent upon qualifications and experience * one round-trip economy airfare for overseas recruited staff * end of contract gratuity * 8 weeks' paid holiday per year, plus public holidays * health and medical insurance cover * visa & work permit * a commitment to providing you with in-service training and development.
