We have openings for TEFL Teachers at Hongxin English Language Institute in Guangzhou, China starting August 1, 2000. Our school is a large private English school in the largest city in southern China-Guangzhou. We are conveniently located near Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen and Zhu Hai.
Hongxin English Language Institute offers beginner, intermediate and advanced integrated skills courses and business courses. Our school uses a fully developed curriculum with textbooks, video and cassette materials and supplementary resources. We currently provide the following compensation package for one-year of service: 1. Required work visa and residency permits 2. Round trip airfare-up to $1,000 USD (upon completion of one year of service). 3. A guaranteed minimum salary of 4,500 yuan (about $560 US) a month for teaching 8 classes of 1.5 hours (12 hours) per week. Salary will increase a minimum of 10% for the second year. 4. Additional classes will be paid 165 yuan (about $20 US) each 5. Rent-free apartments will be provided for individual teachers- there will be no shared facilities. 6. Monthly bus pass will be provided (currently 220 yuan)
We are looking for the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor’s degree-preferably in English or business. 2. A TESOL teaching certificate from a respected organization. 3. At least two years ESL/TEFL classroom experience. 4. A very strong desire to live in China. 5. A highly energetic person who loves their work. 6.
