6) I began at the age of 14 when I saw that red Basic box in Toys R Us. I was thrilled to be a part of a magical world. I have DMed for 16 years and three of those were PBeM.
7) I began this Campaign because my juices were flowing to conduct an Epic adventure parallel to LOTR, but different in the fact that this world will be far dangerous and controlled by PC actions.
8) To be financially secure by age 40 and to be completely retired by age 50.
9) To serve a lifetime in prison with the worst of human society. It would be pure hell to be around people who have no concern for humane morality.
10) I generally enjoy anything that strikes fear into my character and a great mystery is a plus. I love horror adventures involving the supernatural.
11) If you win over 51% of the people you meet in life, you win by a landslide. Never try to satisfy everyone, because it simply can't be done; just make sure you capture the majority. Make thoroughly wise decisions before every obstacle and never second-guess yourself afterwards for worry and guilt are useless emotions.~ WIZARD ~

6) I have played in a lot of PBM games and a number of PBEM. I run my own PDM, but have only played a few Tabletop games.
7) I am looking for a game which provides long term roleplay (not Rule play) and allows characters to have a real impact on the game. ESOT looks to be such a game.
8) To be constantly learning new skills / experiencing new things.
9) Being prevented from doing #8.
10) My best experience is probably a PBM called Borderlands. I used to await the postman in the hope that he was carrying the next turn. Over 6 years, my character went from novice to having a real effect on the world.
11) One of many is that what goes around comes around. Treat people fairly, and eventually you will get the same back.

7) I don't really know much about ESOT yet, but from what I've read, I think I'll like the flow of the game. This way it's not all about hack-n-slash, but about serious roleplay. Seems fun!
8) To have a happy family when I'm older.
9) To die in jail... I hate that place...
10) When I first got Himo's (My wizard, level 17 now, I'm playing with my dad and brother.) familar, a new born Ravid. An evil creature it was, but a nice charm animal spell kept it by my side for the needed to time make it my familiar. I remember seeing it rise from its mother, killed her, and attacked the party, our fighter (Aramil) a moody dwarf, ran like he saw a dragon. But Ruvon (the Ranger) stayed with me. I'll never forget that.
11) Never regret what you do, but always think about what your going to do next.

6) I was waiting for D&D. I saw the ads, but had never been able to get involved until the summer of '81 when I had a friend from San Antonio show up
with a blue book. I wound up DM'ng that first game and have been hooked ever since. I should actually have a degree in D&D as that was my major focus in school. I have played and DM'd since that time and look forward to many more years behind the dice.
7) I'm looking for chances to play characters not dice. I like the tone of the campaign and DM. I also find playing a Female Hobbit Druidess a challenge. While I have played numerous male hobbit thieves, this would be a first for gender and class. I believe I could bring a strength of character and some color to the campaign that would benefit it. While the campaign would allow me to play the role rather than the skills.
8) To do the best I can for my family and myself.
9) Drowning in a shipwreck.
10) Being alive after 18 hours of straight gaming as a hobbit thief.
11) You can't take it all too seriously.
