Really wait for quite a long time - it's the time for the Branded Consumer Presentation today. We have 3 famous speaker - the VIP guest from New York, we have more than 20 important customers, we have related RM and partners to join the event. However, there is only one worker for the whole function responsibles for all the arrangements related to the event - so called poor Littlears.
Last night, I wait at the office for the last presentation from my colleagues in exchange square office. However, I finally could not get it last night as he was still working on it and not yet ready. I, therefore could only went to the office as early as possible. Once I arrived my working area, I turned on my PC, the mail system and then, check mail. Thanks God that I got his mail with his presentation attached there. I have to print it out in color transparency immediately. There are more than 30 pages but our color printer is quite old and the speed is really slow. At the same time, I have to prepare all the name batch, name tag on the training session as well as on the lunch table. Um.... I could not offer a minute to complete my breakfast - my lovely lemon tea.
Luckily, I have the good friend there willing to give help in all he could do for me - he is William, the CGTI engineer. He is very nice! His original task is just help to link up the notebook and LCD projector so that the presentation could run. However, he really give me a great help in the whole morning. I could say, without his help, I could not complete all the preparations in time. Thanks William!
Unluckily, I broke my hand in the process due to the file is really too heavy. Actually, maybe it's caused by my careless, or not enough rest last night. I have heavy pressure last night so that I could not sleep well. As Boss is suddenly out-town, I am the only one could make sure the presentation could run smoothly. Littlears is always like that - always try my best, do my best and finally.... the result is really GOOD. Ewan was really satisfied and happy on what we did for his presentation. Of course, Littlears is happy too.
Be honest, it's time to take a rest, otherwise, I could not have enough power to complete heavy workload tomorrow.
