July 17, 2001 (Tuesday)

Just the second working day this week - Littlears become tired. Recently out department bought 4 new notebooks and 2 new desktop computers to replace those old model PC. For myself, I will have my new desktop next week (I guess). I would like to thank you very much for Sun-Fai professional services to us as always. His positive attitude let us feeling good and could work smoothly. He is willing give help and share his professional idea to us. He is really a professional engineer. Yesterday, he completed the installation process for Louis' new notebook. Louis said the new notebook is very good - especially for the speed - it is more faster than the old one.

Today, Fai came to install the new notebook for Catherine. Maybe due her old PC is really too old, it seems they have problem on transferring data from the old one to the new one. The transferring process start at early afternoon but not yet completed before I left at late-evening. I don't know why as there is not too much old files has to move to the new notebook. It may the old PC is too old so that the speed are really slow. Just hope that the notebook would be ready tomorrow morning when Fai come again.

Tonight I bought a dress suit unexpectedly. We want to return the comic books to the comic shop then back home for rest. However, it's heavy rain outside. Wo is very nice to ask me stay there in the shopping arcade, then he go to the comic shop by his own, so that I would no need to be wet as well. I therefore stay at the shopping arcade to see shoes, foods and snacks and some fashion shops. Finally I bought a dress suit. Um... it may be very nice.
