Karura os tje queen of the Karura clan who live in a castle calles Tenkujou. She is also the Beshinshou of the South, ruled by the Southern Shougen, Zouchou-Ten. Her eyes and her hair are silver coloured. Every person that belongs to the Karura clan has a bird since their birth which accompanies them through their life. This bird can share the life and energy of the person, so for example if the person gets sick the bird will also become ill. Karura's bird is called Garuda. Karura's sister; karyoubinga was tortured by Taishaku-ten. When her sister died, Karura lost control and attacked Taishaku-ten and because of this the people of her clan were risking death. She faked her own death and joined Ashura and the other stars to save her clan from massacre. Karura attacks her opponent with Garuda and its spirit. Her speciality is called Karura-hitenshou.
